Russian troops shot at least 10 people while they were queuing for bread, as reported by a correspondent for ‘Suspilne Chernihiv’.
In turn, the Chernihiv prosecutor’s office initiated criminal proceedings into a violation of the laws and customs of war, coupled with premeditated murder, namely the shooting of civilians committed by the invaders.
Let us remind you that Chernihiv and the region have been suffering from shelling by Russian occupants since the first day of the full-scale Russian invasion. The occupations forces continue to shell residential areas, schools, universities as well as critical and civilian infrastructure.
For instance, on March 3, airstrikes in Chernihiv killed 47 people, including 38 men and 9 women. 18 people were rescued, as reported by the Chernihiv Regional State Administration.

According to the Main Directorate of Intelligence of Ukraine, the occupiers don’t pay compensation for the killed mobilized from the so-called Luhansk and Donetsk People’s Republics.
The so-called police of the Russian occupation forces release bodies. At the same time, only certificates of death and burial permits are issued to relatives of the deceased. There are no documents showing where, how and under which circumstances they died.
Relatives of those killed are told that they won’t be compensated, even if they have Russian passports. Although, according to the official data, it was promised to pay 12 million rubles. Such treatment angers people, and the self-proclaimed police don’t pay attention to people’s moods.
‘On the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk Oblast, forced recruitment to the 1st Army Corps of Occupiers is continuing. The vast majority of “ new recruits” are sent to the hottest zones without adequate training…’ informs the Directorate.

Remains of the occupiers’ missiles were found on the territory of the children’s hospital “Ohmatdyt” in Kyiv. Moreover, hospital windows were damaged. Fortunately, nobody was injured.
‘Today at 6 a.m. the entire children’s hospital “Ohmatdyt” shook because of missile attacks nearby. There were three explosions near the hospital. One of the enemy missiles hit a building near the hospital. The blast wave damaged windows of one of the buildings, and the hospital floor vibrated due to the strikes.
Fragments of the rocket were found on a balcony of the Department of Neonatal Surgery of the National Specialized Children’s Hospital “Ohmatdyt”. Doctors say that beds on the ward began to shake due to the explosion. The blast wave blew out windows in the pediatric wing. The ceiling in the neurology department was damaged. Lots of remains of the missile was found near the hospital. Fortunately, nobody was injured in “Ohmatdyt”,’ stated in the message.

According to the People’s Deputy of Ukraine Serhiy Taruta, Russian troops dropped a heavy bomb on the Drama Theater in Mariupol.
‘No one can get to the rubble, we don’t know if there are any survivors. And the worst thing is that we can’t get them out of the rubble. Many Mariupol residents, together with small children, hid in the theater! The bomb shelter as a civil defense facility is also blocked by rubble, and there are also people, children!’ said Mr. Taruta.
Mariupol City Council has also established the fact of the enemy air strike.
‘It is still impossible to assess the scale of this horrible and inhuman act, because the shelling of residential areas in the city is continuing. It is known that, due to the bombing, the central part of the Drama Theater was destroyed, and the entrance to the bomb shelter in the building was blocked by the rubble. The information on victims is continuing to update,’ stated the Council.
As previously reported, the theater served as a shelter for approximately 1,000 people who became homeless and forced to look for another safe place. There were lots of women, children and the sick among them who needed care and special attention of medical professionals.

In the evening, the enemy shelled Kyiv again. And this time, a few shells hit private houses in the Podilskyi District, as reported by the mayor of the city Vitali Klitschko.
Doctors and firefighters are working there, and the fire is currently localized. According to preliminary information, nobody has been injured.
The low-pressure gas pipeline has been damaged, so gas service specialists are working at the scene.

Russian invaders have shelled the building of the swimming pool ‘Neptune’ in Mariupol. Women with children as well as pregnant women are still under the rubble. It is impossible to determine the number of victims at the moment.
