< 1 min readLatin America has been and remains distant from Ukraine, both geographically and in foreign-policy terms, as neglecting its presence in the region has resulted in support in the international arena that does not align with Kyiv’s considerations and demands. However, turbulent times point to mistakes, so there are grounds to believe that the situation may change for the better. Therefore, we will consider the potential for cooperation between Ukraine and Uruguay.
