The German-Ukrainian Partnership Program serves as a strategic bridge connecting Ukraine and Germany across multiple sectors, including political dialogue, economic cooperation, civil society engagement, and defense. Our work centers on providing expert consultation to decision-makers in Ukraine and Germany, developing evidence-based policy recommendations, and implementing targeted advocacy initiatives to support them. The program produces specialized resources, including practical handbooks designed to equip parliamentarians and civil society representatives with the tools needed for effective international communication on Ukrainian affairs.

The program maintains active partnerships with a diverse ecosystem of stakeholders across Ukraine, Germany, and German-speaking regions. Our network encompasses leading media organizations, research institutions, elected officials at national and regional levels, government ministries, and influential civil society groups. This broad coalition enables us to amplify impact and ensure policy recommendations reach key decision-makers.

A cornerstone of our approach involves facilitating study missions to Ukraine for decision-makers, research professionals, youth leaders, and journalists. These immersive experiences provide participants with direct access to Ukrainian government representatives, political leaders, military officials, and civil society activists, fostering deeper understanding and stronger institutional relationships.

With permanent presence in both Kyiv and Berlin, the program maintains a unique capacity for real-time engagement and localized outreach.
