On October 23, 2024, speaking on El Heraldo Radio’s “Dedo en la Llaga” program in Mexico, Oleksandr Slyvchuk, Coordinator of the Spain and Latin America Cooperation Program, condemned the illegal deportation of Ukrainian children to Russia.
He emphasized that these children are being forcibly relocated, their identities changed, and used for military purposes, calling it a state-sponsored crime.
