On January 21, 2025, Transatlantic Dialogue Center (TDC) presented Ukraine’s Peace Formula at the Foreign Affairs, Interparliamentary Affairs, and Latin American Integration Committee of the Chamber of Deputies of Chile. The discussion covered all ten points of the Peace Formula, with Chilean lawmakers expressing particular interest in how Ukrainian society envisions peace, the key conditions required to achieve a just and lasting resolution, and how potential political changes in the United States, particularly a Trump presidency, might impact the situation.
The exchange provided an opportunity to deepen mutual understanding and strengthen ties between Ukraine and Latin America. Chilean deputies reaffirmed their interest in Ukraine’s perspective and underscored the importance of continued international support in countering Russian aggression.
