The territory of Sumy region continues to suffer from attacks of Russian invaders. According to the head of the Sumy Regional State Administration Dmytro Zhyvytskyi:
At about 00:40 Russian military aviation bombed the outskirts of the Sumy city and the village Bytytsya.
The Okhtyrka city continues to came under fire of Russian military aviation every day and every night. All infrastructure is destroyed there. At about 00:30 the city was bombed again, there is information about hitting the gas pipeline.
Enemy artillery shelled a former factory in Trostyanets city. Three residents were killed, one of them was an underage boy.
The village Boromlya is occupied by the enemy. In this locality is a problem with bread – entrepreneurs are afraid to bring it to the occupied territory. For the same reason, bread is not imported to the localities Zhyhailivka and Novhorodske.
The village Velyka Pysarivka was also bombed. The bombardmend cut the wires of the electricity grid. The shooting killed a 13-year-old boy and two women.
On March 10th, three “green corridors” were planned in the region – from Sumy, Trostyanets and Krasnopillya.

17 People were injured after the bombing of a children’s hospital in the Mariupol city by Russian military aircraft. According to the information from Mariupol City Council, three people were killed, one of them was a child.

According to the Minister of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories Iryna Vereshchuk, Ukraine and the Russian Federation agreed on a regime of silence and removal of people by seven “green corridors”:

The IAEA recieves any data from the safeguards systems installed for monitoring nuclear material at the Chernobyl and Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plants. The International Atomic Energy Agency reported this on Twitter.
The report says: “The IAEA no longer receieves data from the guarantee systems, installed for monitoring nuclear material at the Chornobyl NPP and Zaporizhzhia NPP”.

It is fourth day as Mariupol city is blocked. The evacuation of peaceful people as well as establishing humanitarian corridors is still impossible. Currently, fights between Orikhovyi and Pology are still ongoing – informed Iryna Vereshchyk, the Minister for Reintegration of temporarily occupied territories.
The situation in other districts, namely Bucha, Irpin, and Hostomel is stable.
Part of the people leaves the city through “the green” corridors.
It should be reminded, that according to the advisor to Petro Andriushchenko, Mariupol mayor, 1300 civilians died during the siege of the city.

Ombudsman of Verkhovna Rada: Since the Russian invasion, (from 24 February, up to 10 March) 71 children died, more than 100 children were injured.
“Ukraine pays exorbitant for the military invasion of Russian Federation into Ukraine, militias acts of violence, violation of Geneva Convention. Ukraine pays by lives of its children, future of our people.”, — ombudsman claimed.

The Mayor of Chernihiv city informs, that part of the city is de-energized because of the transmission network being hit by shelling. However, the experts will work to repair the damage to the electricity grid.
According to him, there are critical law reserves of coal at the storage, in fact, they are limited. Currently, HEC runs on gas.
“There were several direct shellings that hit trunk heating system 700-millimeter diameter… These days the number of attached power consumers is deemed critical and the rate drops. The electrical system is arranged in such a way that as electricity consumption increases above the critical declining rate, separate transmission lines will turn off automatically.
It means that some neighborhoods will be de-energized to maintain the rate for the system not to drop.”

Mayor of Energodar city claimed that the evacuation of inhabitants was canceled.
“The situation is changing fast. In order not to put people at risk in the evening time, the evacuation for those who go on their car is rescheduled for tomorrow! The cars will stand in line on 11 March, from 10.00 a.m. (soon updated for 08:00 a.m.) at Kurchatova street! The details will be informed additionally”.
Also, approximately at the same time, the occupants shelled the “Coca-Cola” plant in Kyiv suburban. All the staff members were evacuated on the first day of the war, so there are no injured.

The State Emergency Service of Ukraine published the video, where the military and then the medical worker was carrying the baby to the ambulance. The has been injured before as the package of ice was seen on its tummy. In this way children in Mariupol city have been taken out from the maternity centers.

Since the outbreak of the war in Kharkiv region, 472 houses were destroyed being hit by shelling.
264 multi-storey buildings and 109 detached houses were destroyed in Kharkiv city; 13 multi-storey buildings and 86 detached houses were destroyed in Kharkiv region. According to Serhii Bolvinov, supervisor of Investigative Division of National Police, the biggest number of damaged or destroyed houses is located in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Moscowskyi district of Kharkiv city and in Izium city.
