EU-Ukraine Partnership Program
The EU-Ukraine Partnership Program at the Transatlantic Dialogue Center aims to strengthen collaboration between Ukraine and key transatlantic partners, including the EU and US, with the ambition of advancing Ukraine’s integration into the EU and NATO.
The program focuses on:
- Ukraine’s integration into the EU defence and security architecture
- Transatlantic security cooperation in wide-ranging formats
- Ukraine’s EU accession and the broader EU enlargement process
- Promoting support for Ukraine during the ongoing war
Our work addresses the complex political and strategic dimensions of Ukraine’s path toward EU and NATO membership, including integration into the European Defence Technological and Industrial Base (EDTIB), development of joint EU-US-Ukraine initiatives in arms procurement and security cooperation, as well as collaboration with NATO and smaller ad hoc alliances (e.g., coalition of the willing, NB8, etc.).
We aim to shape strategic dialogue on Ukraine’s role in the European and transatlantic security architecture through direct engagement with policymakers, defence officials, expert communities, and prominent media platforms in Brussels, Berlin, Paris, and Washington, D.C.
We exert influence by delivering comprehensive policy research and targeted recommendations, conducting strong advocacy, and convening expert roundtables and closed-door discussions.
