Mariia Vynnychenko

Mariia Vynnychenko is a Communications Specialist at the Transatlantic Dialogue Center, where she manages social media platforms and supports external communication. She also co-prepares the Center’s weekly Ukraine news briefings and contributes to analytical work on Ukraine’s wartime governance, post-war stabilization, and external policy levers for long-term resilience, while overseeing website publishing, targeted digital advertising campaigns across TDC’s social media, and the visual preparation of analytical materials.
Currently serving as an intern at the Department for Public Diplomacy and Strategic Communications of theMinistry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, she co-developed a semi-automated media impact analysis system that leverages an innovative Ukrainian AI platform to evaluate the global reach of public diplomacy initiatives, and continues to contribute to other innovative developments within the department.
Simultaneously, she serves as an Assistant to a Member of Parliament, focusing on interparliamentary relations and bilateral initiatives with Ireland, building upon her broader practical engagement with Ukrainian-Irish projects. She has also contributed to public diplomacy and institutional events through her work with the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
Mariia holds a BA in International Relations and Regional Studies (with a specialization in Spanish translation) from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, where she is currently pursuing her MA in Foreign Affairs.
She speaks Ukrainian, English, and Spanish.
