Description
The Transatlantic Dialogue Center public organization is announcing a tender to select a provider to deliver training on psychological resilience, mental health, and burnout prevention.
The training aims to help participants develop stress resilience and self-support skills under martial law and heightened stress, and recognize and prevent symptoms of professional and emotional burnout.
The training must combine theoretical and practical components and cover:
- key aspects of psychological well-being and emotional state;
- factors affecting psychological state and contributing to professional burnout;
- strengthening the ability to stay focused in situations of uncertainty;
- ways to recognize signs of stress, emotional exhaustion, and overload;
- tools for preventing team conflicts during intensive work periods;
- practical tools for coping with stress and emotional strain;
- ways of providing mutual support within the team.
Expected results:
- increased participant awareness of professional and emotional burnout;
- development of skills to recognize one’s own emotional state and workload level;
- mastery of practical ways to respond to stressful situations;
- stronger team interaction and a culture of mutual support.
Service delivery period – July 2026
Service delivery format – in person in Kyiv
The service is procured under a project implemented with the support of the Askold and Dir Foundation, administered by ISAR Ednannia under the project ‘Strong Civil Society of Ukraine – Driver of Reforms and Democracy,’ funded by Norway and Sweden.
Requirements for service providers
- Experience in delivering training on psychological support, burnout prevention, and/or stress management;
- Relevant education and professional qualifications in psychology, psychotherapy, and/or social work;
- Experience working with teams of civil society organizations or other professional groups;
- Skills in conducting interactive, practice-oriented training;
- Communication and presentation skills;
- Registration and verification on the platform https://home.ednannia.ua/;
- Be duly registered under Ukrainian law (as a legal entity or sole proprietor [Group 3 or the general taxation system]) and have the relevant KVED code.
The tender participant shall provide the organizer with the following documents:
- a technical and financial proposal indicating the proposed work format, a brief description of the training, and the total cost of services;
- the training programme and timetable;
- CV of the key trainer or members of the training team, indicating relevant experience and qualifications.
