Description
The Transatlantic Dialogue Center public organization is announcing a tender to select a provider to deliver cybersecurity training.
The aim is to strengthen the organization’s institutional capacity, including the think tank’s adaptability and resilience to growing cyber threats.
The training must combine theoretical and practical components and cover:
- the main types of modern cyber threats and the risks they pose to civil society organizations and think tanks;
- safe use of AI tools;
- key approaches to protecting accounts, passwords, and personal data;
- analysis of real cases and simulation of cyber incidents;
- practising cyber-threat response procedures;
- identifying key steps to strengthen the organization’s cyber resilience.
Expected results:
- conduct an audit of team members’ digital awareness;
- receive an assessment of the organization’s cyber-resilience level;
- learn to identify phishing emails and attacks via messaging apps and social media;
- gain practical skills in the safe use of email, messaging apps, social media, and AI tools;
- practise the team’s response procedure in the event of a cyber incident.

Service delivery format – in person in Kyiv
The service is procured under a project implemented with the support of the Askold and Dir Foundation, administered by ISAR Ednannia under the project ‘Strong Civil Society of Ukraine – Driver of Reforms and Democracy,’ funded by Norway and Sweden.
Requirements for service providers
- Experience in delivering training for civil society organizations
- Understanding of the specific nature of Ukrainian CSOs’ work
- Communication and presentation skills
- Registration and verification on the https://home.ednannia.ua/ platform
- Be duly registered under Ukrainian law (as a legal entity or sole proprietor [Group 3 or the general taxation system]) and have the relevant KVED code.
The tender participant shall provide the organizer with the following documents:
- a technical and financial proposal indicating the proposed work format, a brief description of the training, and the total cost of services;
- the training programme and timetable;
- CV of the key expert or members of the expert team, indicating relevant experience in strategic planning.
