Description
The Transatlantic Dialogue Center public organization is announcing a tender to select a provider to deliver practical first aid training.
The training aims to strengthen the organization’s team’s capacity to provide first aid in cases of injuries and critical bleeding, including in emergency situations.
The training must combine theoretical and practical components and cover:
- basic methods and means of providing first aid, including for bleeding;
- assessing the condition of an injured person and determining the priority of assistance;
- response procedures in emergency and stressful situations;
- actions in the event of the most common injuries and urgent medical conditions;
- practical training in providing assistance during wartime.
Expected results:
- participants will gain basic first aid knowledge;
- learn to assess an injured person’s condition and act according to the situation;
- master essential practical first-aid skills;
- be able to apply the acquired knowledge and skills in emergency situations.
Service delivery period – July 2026
Service delivery format – in person in Kyiv
The service is procured under a project implemented with the support of the Askold and Dir Foundation, administered by ISAR Ednannia under the project ‘Strong Civil Society of Ukraine – Driver of Reforms and Democracy,’ funded by Norway and Sweden.
Requirements for service providers
- Experience in delivering first aid training;
- Relevant professional qualifications and/or certification in first aid;
- Experience in conducting practical training for adults;
- Availability of the necessary training equipment and resources for practical skills training;
- Communication and presentation skills;
- Registration and verification on the platform https://home.ednannia.ua/;
- Be duly registered under Ukrainian law (as a legal entity or sole proprietor [Group 3 or the general taxation system]) and have the relevant KVED code.
The tender participant shall provide the organizer with the following documents:
- a technical and financial proposal indicating the proposed work format, a brief description of the training, and the total cost of services;
- the training programme and timetable;
- CV of the key trainer or members of the training team, indicating relevant experience and qualifications.
