TDC signs Memorandum of Cooperation with Center for Geopolitical Studies Riga

The Transatlantic Dialogue Center and the Center for Geopolitical Studies Riga have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation, marking a significant step in fostering deeper collaboration between Latvia and Ukraine.
