YATA Ukraine stands for Euro-Atlantic integration.

We are a young and motivated team relaunch the Ukrainian chapter of the Young Atlantic Treaty Association to promote Euro-Atlantic values within the youth in Ukraine. Our goal is a full membership of Ukraine in NATO.

YATA Ukraine aims to:

– Develop network of future Ukrainian leaders

– Help young people to shape the career in the fields of diplomacy and international security

– Educate and inform the public on Euro-Atlantic integration of Ukraine

– Resist NATO-related disinformation in Ukraine

– Cooperate with YATA chapters government, NGO, and private sectors.

The President of The Youth Atlantic Treaty Association Ukraine (YATA) Mr. Dmytro Filonenko is an alumnus of George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies, Institute of International Relations at Tara’s Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. Mr. President is an associate member of the Kremlin Watch Program at the European Values Center for Security Policy. Dmytro works as a Conflict Analyst at Mercy Corps - Ukraine Response. His area of expertise includes international security, crisis analytics, disinformation resilience.

The Executive Vice-President of The Youth Atlantic Treaty Association Ukraine (YATA) Mr. Mark Seleznov is an alumnus of Faculty of History at Tara’s Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, intern of Committee on the Rules of Procedure and Organization of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. Mr. Vice-President works as paralegal at Bikbova law Offices, P.C. His professional interests include human rights protection, international security, transformation of the supreme state authorities, election law.

The Vice-President of Public Diplomacy of The Youth Atlantic Treaty Association Ukraine (YATA) Miss Anhelina Stynych is a third-year student of Faculty of History at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, SDG Ambassador, co-founder of NGO “National Diplomacy organization”, alumnus of the Erasmus + program. Miss Vice-President of PD is an activist of SD Platform NGO, has worked at the Integrites law firm in a Department of Communication. Her professional interests include women rights protection, diaspora studies and intercultural relationship.
