Bohdana Batsko
Bohdana Batsko is a Project Assistant of the Spain and Latin America Cooperation Program at the Transatlantic Dialogue Center. She supports the Program’s initiatives that promote political, academic, and media dialogue between Ukraine and the Spanish-speaking world.
Her work combines communication and analytical activities, including adapting and translating briefings in Spanish on current developments in Ukraine and providing expert commentary on Ukraine’s foreign policy, European security, and democratic transformations. Bohdana has contributed to media coverage for outlets such as Argentina’s A24 und Politicly, and to exchanges with the Center for Strategic Studies of International Relations (Argentina).
She also participates in organizing expert and media visits to Ukraine, supports cooperation with universities and civil society organizations, and contributes to the Center’s outreach through communication and visual materials and internship coordination.
Bohdana lived in Switzerland for several years, where she studied at the University of Zurich and coordinated the “Ukrainian Students Worldwide” project with the Erasmus Student Network and the NGO Ukrainian Students League, organizing charity fundraisers and building a Ukrainian youth community.
Before joining the Center, she served as a Board Member of the NGO European Youth of Ukraine, working in HR and project management and promoting democratic values and European integration. She holds a BA and an MA in International Relations from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
She speaks Ukrainian, English, and Spanish.
