On November 21, 2024, speaking on Colombia’s Noticias Caracol, Oleksandr Slyvchuk, Coordinator of the Spain and Latin America Cooperation Program, discussed Ukraine’s security situation and the internal challenges the country is facing.
The expert noted that Ukraine faces a daily threat of massive shelling. He also emphasized that for a successful fight, the ability to make quick decisions is very important, particularly regarding the supply of weapons.
