Ukrainian, Spanish, and Latin American students contribute to analysis on Ukraine, Spanish-language communication, and outreach across the Spanish-speaking world.
The program has hosted Ukrainian interns since 2023. It opened to Latin American students in 2025 and welcomed its first participant from Spain in 2026.
Interns from Ukraine, Spain, Argentina, Chile, Mexico, and Peru have contributed to Spanish-language publications, briefings, media and civil-society engagement, research, communications, and events.
Ukrainian interns join the program team flexibly. Spanish interns focus on Ukraine–Spain relations, European integration, security, defence, and the annual Madrid conference. Latin American interns join structured three-month research and communication cohorts.
The program treats the internship as the beginning of a professional connection. Alumni may continue through publications, projects, and collaboration with the team.

Eight students from Argentina, Chile, and Peru take part from August to December.
Twelve Latin American students join from April to July; the first participant from Spain joins the program.

Ukrainian and Spanish students and recent graduates may apply throughout the year. The next Latin American cohort is planned for 2027.
