Дарина Сидоренко

Дарина Сидоренко is the Директор з досліджень at the Transatlantic Dialogue Center, where she leads the political analysis team, edits the organization’s written materials, and guides authors throughout the research process. 

Her research interests include European security, Polish-Ukrainian relations, unity and resilience within Ukrainian society, and post-war recovery. She has co-authored numerous analytical materials and handbooks within TDC addressing Ukraine’s post-war reconstruction, reintegration, reform progress, and the consequences of Russia’s aggression. 

Before assuming her current position, Daryna worked as a Program Coordinator at TDC, where she planned research content and coordinated communication with authors and international partners. She also gained experience through internships at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and the Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine. 

Beyond her analytical work, she mentors Ukrainian students and contributes to advocacy campaigns promoting Ukraine’s interests internationally. She is also involved in the project Fundacja “Alians Młodzieży Ukraińskiej 24 sierpnia (24/08)”, which unites active Ukrainian youth in Poland and focuses on countering disinformation and fostering Ukrainian-Polish understanding.

Daryna lived in Poland, where she studied at the University of Warsaw under an academic exchange program. She holds an MA in International Relations from the National University of Ostroh Academy, and her thesis examines Ukrainian-Polish relations during wartime and their future prospects.

She speaks Ukrainian, English, Polish, and Russian.
