Vladyslava Sen

Vladyslava Sen is a Communications Specialist at the Transatlantic Dialogue Center, where she manages social media platforms and supports external communication. She also co-prepares the Center’s weekly Ukraine news briefings and contributes to analytical work on Ukraine’s wartime governance, post-war stabilization, and external policy levers for long-term resilience.

Her research interests focus on the Middle East, armed conflicts, and peace mediation, with particular attention to post-conflict governance. In parallel, she serves as a Middle East Analyst with Resurgam, where she publishes analysis on peace initiatives in the Middle East.

Previously, Vladyslava completed internships at the North-South Centre of the Council of Europe, the Mission of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, and served as a Ukrainian delegate at Voice for Rights International. She also volunteered as a researcher at the NGO “Adastra,” contributing to studies on European integration.

Vladyslava holds a BA in International Relations from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, where her academic focus included the geopolitics of the Middle East, conflict, and security studies. She further expanded her expertise through a study-abroad program at Kuwait University, concentrating on Arabic language training. 

She speaks Ukrainian, English, and Arabic.
