The EU-Ukraine Partnership Program at the Transatlantic Dialogue Center drives practical collaboration between Ukraine and key European and transatlantic partners, including the EU and the United States. Our work centers on political and security research, with a particular focus on defense procurement, joint capability development, and Ukraine’s future integration into European and Euro-Atlantic institutions.
Through direct engagement with policymakers, defense officials, and expert communities, we aim to inform and shape strategic conversations on Ukraine’s role in the regional and global security architecture. From EU defense market access and regulatory harmonization to joint US-EU-Ukraine initiatives in arms procurement and technology sharing, the program tackles the complex political and strategic questions surrounding Ukraine’s path toward EU membership and broader transatlantic integration.
