The Kherson region was annexed, along with the city of Kherson, which serves as the region&#8217;s center; this is the only regional center that the Russian army has managed to seize since February 24, when Russia&#8217;s full-scale military invasion of Ukraine began. The military resistance was minimal, and the region was quickly occupied for reasons that are still unclear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u4fc4\u7f57\u65af\u5360\u9886\u5f53\u5c40\u6700\u8fd1\u4e0b\u4ee4\u758f\u6563\u5e73\u6c11\uff0c\u603b\u90e8\u4e5f\u5df2\u4ece\u8d6b\u5c14\u677e\u8fc1\u81f3\u65af\u5361\u591a\u592b\u65af\u514b\u30022022 \u5e74 11 \u6708\u521d\uff0c\u4fc4\u7f57\u65af\u5ba3\u5e03\u51b3\u5b9a\u4ece\u8d6b\u5c14\u677e\u5dde\u7b2c\u8042\u4f2f\u6cb3\u53f3\u5cb8\u5730\u533a\u64a4\u519b\uff0c\u58f0\u79f0\u6b64\u4e3e\u662f\u4e3a\u4e86\u633d\u6551\u519b\u4eba\u751f\u547d\uff0c\u5e76\u817e\u51fa\u90e8\u961f\u5728\u5176\u4ed6\u5730\u533a\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u8fdb\u653b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6240\u8c13\u201c\u7279\u522b\u519b\u4e8b\u884c\u52a8\u201d\u6307\u6325\u5b98\u8c22\u5c14\u76d6\u00b7\u82cf\u7f57\u7ef4\u91d1\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u4fc4\u7f57\u65af\u4e4b\u6240\u4ee5\u64a4\u9000\uff0c\u662f\u4e3a\u4e86\u5e94\u5bf9\u6240\u8c13\u4e4c\u514b\u5170\u53ef\u80fd\u4ece\u9644\u8fd1\u6c34\u5e93\u653e\u6c34\u6216\u70ae\u51fb\u76ee\u524d\u4ecd\u7531\u4fc4\u7f57\u65af\u63a7\u5236\u7684\u5de8\u578b\u65b0\u5361\u970d\u592b\u5361\u5927\u575d\u3001\u4ece\u800c\u5f15\u53d1\u6d2a\u6c34\u7684\u5a01\u80c1\u3002\u4e4c\u514b\u5170\u5219\u6307\u8d23\u4fc4\u7f57\u65af\u610f\u56fe\u70b8\u6bc1\u5361\u970d\u592b\u5361\u5927\u575d\uff0c\u968f\u540e\u5c06\u53ef\u80fd\u9020\u6210\u7684\u7834\u574f\u5f52\u548e\u4e8e\u57fa\u8f85\u5f53\u5c40\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4fc4\u519b\u4e8e 11 \u6708 11 \u65e5\u4ece\u8d6b\u5c14\u677e\u64a4\u79bb\u540e\uff0c\u4e4c\u519b\u8fdb\u5165\u8be5\u5e02\uff0c\u5e76\u5f00\u59cb\u5728\u8d6b\u5c14\u677e\u5730\u533a\u53ca\u8be5\u5dde\u5176\u4ed6\u6536\u590d\u5b9a\u5c45\u70b9\u5b9e\u65bd\u7a33\u5b9a\u63aa\u65bd\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u591a\u5bb6\u5a92\u4f53\u5f3a\u8c03\uff0c\u89e3\u653e\u8d6b\u5c14\u677e\u5dde\u90e8\u5206\u5730\u533a\u548c\u8d6b\u5c14\u677e\u5e02\u672c\u8eab\u5341\u5206\u91cd\u8981\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u4e8c\u8005\u7684\u6218\u7565\u91cd\u8981\u6027\u4f53\u73b0\u5728 <strong>Ukraine&#8217;s campaign to regain territory in the south of the country.<\/strong> For example, National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan told reporters on Saturday during a trip with US President Joe Biden to Cambodia that the withdrawal of Russian troops had &#8220;broader strategic implications&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u8d6b\u5c14\u677e\u7684\u6218\u7565\u91cd\u8981\u6027\u4e3b\u8981\u5728\u4e8e\u5176 <strong>\u5730\u7406\u4f4d\u7f6e<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u8d6b\u5c14\u677e\u5dde\u4f4d\u4e8e\u4e4c\u514b\u5170\u5357\u90e8\uff0c\u5728\u9ed1\u6d77\u4f4e\u5730\u5185\u7b2c\u8042\u4f2f\u6cb3\u4e0b\u6e38\u6d41\u57df\uff0c\u6fd2\u4e34\u9ed1\u6d77\u548c\u4e9a\u901f\u6d77\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u8d6b\u5c14\u677e\u5dde\u4e1c\u63a5\u624e\u6ce2\u7f57\u70ed\u5dde\uff0c\u897f\u5317\u90bb\u5c3c\u53e4\u62c9\u8036\u592b\u5dde\uff0c\u5317\u90bb\u7b2c\u8042\u4f2f\u7f57\u5f7c\u5f97\u7f57\u592b\u65af\u514b\u5dde\uff0c\u5357\u90e8\u5219\u6cbf\u9521\u74e6\u4ec0\u6e56\u548c\u5f7c\u5217\u79d1\u666e\u5730\u5ce1\u4e0e\u514b\u91cc\u7c73\u4e9a\u81ea\u6cbb\u5171\u548c\u56fd\u76f8\u63a5\u3002\u8d6b\u5c14\u677e\u62e5\u6709\u4e4c\u514b\u5170\u9ed1\u6d77\u6cbf\u5cb8\u6700\u53e4\u8001\u7684\u6d77\u6e2f\u3002\u4fc4\u7f57\u65af\u9ed1\u6d77\u8230\u961f\u7684\u9996\u6279\u519b\u8230\u5728\u6b64\u5efa\u9020\u3002\u81ea\u82cf\u8054\u65f6\u671f\u8d77\uff0c\u8d6b\u5c14\u677e\u4fbf\u4e13\u95e8\u5efa\u9020\u6c11\u7528\u8d27\u8239\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u6cb9\u8f6e\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n<div 831px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u8d6b\u5c14\u677e\u5dde\u5177\u6709\u6218\u7565\u91cd\u8981\u6027\uff0c\u662f\u56e0\u4e3a\u5176 <strong>\u6bd7\u90bb\u88ab\u541e\u5e76\u7684\u514b\u91cc\u7c73\u4e9a\u4ee5\u53ca\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u9ed1\u6d77<\/strong>\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u901a\u5f80\u514b\u91cc\u7c73\u4e9a\u7684\u552f\u4e00\u9646\u8def\u8fde\u63a5\u7ecf\u8fc7\u8d6b\u5c14\u677e\u5dde\u3002\u8fd9\u91cc\u662f\u8fdb\u5165\u8be5\u534a\u5c9b\u7684\u95e8\u6237\uff1b\u4fc4\u7f57\u65af\u4e8e 2014 \u5e74\u541e\u5e76\u4e86\u8be5\u534a\u5c9b\u3002\u4fc4\u7f57\u65af\u5165\u4fb5\u671f\u95f4\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e00\u95e8\u6237\u5927\u4f53\u4fdd\u6301\u5f00\u653e\uff0c\u6ca1\u6709\u6865\u6881\u88ab\u70b8\u6bc1\u6765\u963b\u6b62\u5176\u63a8\u8fdb\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5927\u89c4\u6a21\u4fc4\u519b\u7f16\u961f\u4ece\u514b\u91cc\u7c73\u4e9a\u5411\u5317\u63a8\u8fdb\u4e86\u6570\u767e\u516c\u91cc\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The North Crimean Canal, which begins in Nova Kakhovka, about 80 kilometers east of Kherson, and ends in Kerch, Crimea, was Russia&#8217;s most important target.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u7531\u4e8e\u7f3a\u6c34\uff0c\u81ea\u82cf\u8054\u65f6\u671f\u8d77\uff0c\u8be5\u534a\u5c9b\u4e00\u76f4\u901a\u8fc7\u8fd9\u6761\u8fd0\u6cb3\u83b7\u5f97\u7b2c\u8042\u4f2f\u6cb3\u7684\u6de1\u6c34\u3002\u5317\u514b\u91cc\u7c73\u4e9a\u8fd0\u6cb3 <strong>supplied 85% of Crimea&#8217;s freshwater<\/strong> \u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u76f4\u81f3 2014 \u5e74\u30022014 \u5e74 3 \u6708\u4fc4\u7f57\u65af\u5360\u9886\u514b\u91cc\u7c73\u4e9a\u540e\uff0c\u4e4c\u514b\u5170\u4ece\u5df1\u65b9\u4e00\u4fa7\u5207\u65ad\u4f9b\u6c34\uff0c\u5e76\u4fee\u5efa\u4e86\u6570\u5ea7\u6c34\u575d\u3002\u6de1\u6c34\u77ed\u7f3a\u7ed9\u88ab\u5360\u9886\u7684\u534a\u5c9b\u9020\u6210\u4e86\u4e25\u91cd\u635f\u5bb3\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u519c\u4e1a\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Obviously, restoring water supply to Crimea was one of the Russians&#8217; main goals when they launched their full-scale invasion of Ukraine. The occupiers blew up and damaged several dams on the North Crimean Canal in the early days of the war, and water from the Kakhovka reservoir flowed into the occupied Crimea.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"529\" height=\"434\" src=\"https:\/\/tdcenter.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/image-25.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7249\" style=\"width:468px;height:384px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tdcenter.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/image-25.png 529w, https:\/\/tdcenter.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/image-25-15x12.png 15w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 529px) 100vw, 529px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><em>\u6765\u6e90\uff1aBlack Sea News<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The occupation and control of the entire Kherson region could be used to move west to the port city of Odesa in the future. It also allowed preparing an offensive in the direction of Mykolaiv, Kryvyi Rih, and Zaporizhzhia for the further occupation of Ukrainian territory. The liberation of Kherson is tactical and strategic in nature, as the invaders are now completely losing control of Ukraine&#8217;s right bank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u501f\u52a9\u897f\u65b9\u5c04\u7a0b\u66f4\u8fdc\u7684\u6b66\u5668\uff0c\u4e4c\u514b\u5170\u519b\u961f\u5728\u590f\u672b\u9010\u6b65\u53d1\u8d77\u4e00\u573a\u884c\u52a8\uff0c\u4ee5 <strong>\u5b64\u7acb\u7b2c\u8042\u4f2f\u6cb3\u53f3\u5cb8\u7684\u4fc4\u519b <\/strong>on the Dnipro&#8217;s right bank. This was accomplished by shelling bridges used by Russia to resupply its forces in the city. The Antnoniv bridge, for example, was used to secure the Russian army grouping in Kherson and the western part of the region. Simultaneously, Ukrainian armored and artillery unit divisions launched a tough offensive on the city from the north, west, and south.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u5730\u7406\u4f4d\u7f6e\u548c\u6c14\u5019\u73af\u5883 <strong>\u62d6\u6162\u4e86\u4e4c\u519b\u8fdb\u653b<\/strong>\u3002\u5c24\u5176\u662f\uff0c\u8be5\u5dde\u5e7f\u9614\u5f00\u9614\u7684\u7530\u91ce\u7eb5\u6a2a\u4ea4\u9519\u7740\u704c\u6e89\u6e20\uff0c\u4ee4\u654c\u519b\u5f97\u4ee5\u5360\u636e\u6781\u4f73\u7684\u9632\u5fa1\u9635\u5730\u3002\u79cb\u5b63\u5230\u6765\u8fd8\u4f7f\u5927\u90e8\u5206 <strong>\u571f\u5730\u5316\u4e3a\u6ce5\u6cde<\/strong>\u3002\u8fd8\u5e94\u8865\u5145\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u6700\u6709\u7ecf\u9a8c\u7684\u6218\u58eb\u88ab\u8c03\u5f80\u8be5\u5730\u533a\uff0c\u5f39\u836f\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u7269\u8d44\u4e5f\u88ab\u96c6\u4e2d\u50a8\u5907\u5728\u90a3\u91cc\uff0c\u8fd9\u540c\u6837\u589e\u52a0\u4e86\u8fdb\u653b\u7684\u96be\u5ea6\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Indeed, the transition of control over the city to Ukraine is a significant event that will boost the morale of the troops and the population, as well as motivate Ukraine&#8217;s Western partners to continue to assist Ukraine in liberating its territories. For Russia, this was a breach of state authority and a kind of political defeat because it failed to ensure the security of a part of the newly annexed territory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u636e O\u015brodek Studi\u00f3w Wschodnich \u79f0\uff0c\u4ece\u519b\u4e8b\u89d2\u5ea6\u770b\uff0c\u5728\u8fd9\u79cd\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u64a4\u519b\u7684\u51b3\u5b9a\u5e94\u88ab\u89c6\u4e3a\u59a5\u5f53\u3002\u4fc4\u519b\u672a\u80fd\u5145\u5206\u4fdd\u62a4\u7b2c\u8042\u4f2f\u6cb3\u6e21\u53e3\u514d\u53d7\u4e4c\u519b\u70ae\u706b\u6253\u51fb\uff08\u4e3b\u8981\u6765\u81ea HIMARS \u7cfb\u7edf\uff09\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u672a\u80fd\u53ca\u65f6\u5411\u4f5c\u6218\u90e8\u961f\u8f93\u9001\u7269\u8d44\u548c\u6280\u672f\u88c5\u5907\u3002\u5c3d\u7ba1\u4fc4\u519b\u66fe\u591a\u6b21\u51fb\u9000\u8fdb\u653b\uff0c\u4f46\u628a\u90e8\u961f\u7559\u5728\u8be5\u5730\u533a\u4ecd\u4f7f\u5165\u4fb5\u65b9\u8499\u53d7\u635f\u5931\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u8d6b\u5c14\u677e\u5dde\u7684\u524d\u7ebf\u8f6c\u79fb\u81f3\u7b2c\u8042\u4f2f\u6cb3\u4e00\u7ebf\uff0c\u610f\u5473\u7740 <strong>\u4efb\u4f55\u4e00\u65b9\u4eca\u540e\u7684\u8fdb\u653b\u884c\u52a8\u90fd\u5c06\u6d89\u53ca\u5f3a\u6e21\u8be5\u6cb3\u3002 <\/strong>However, neither Ukrainian nor Russian troops currently have the capability to carry out a large-scale landing operation. In the case of Ukraine, its implementation is entirely dependent on the willingness of the West, which would have to provide all necessary resources. As a result, it should be assumed that the Dnipro line will become the \u201clong-term temporary\u201d border of Russia&#8217;s occupied territory.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Russia will also most likely try to make gains in other areas to compensate for the retreat from Kherson. Units withdrawn from the Kherson front could be redeployed to eastern Ukraine in order to concentrate as many forces as possible to complete the occupation of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions. As a result, Ukraine should prepare itself for an escalation in Donbas in the coming weeks. Russia&#8217;s response to the defeat in Kherson could also involve a wave of massive air strikes on Ukrainian civilian infrastructure.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5fc5\u987b\u7262\u8bb0\uff0c\u5c3d\u7ba1\u89e3\u653e\u8d6b\u5c14\u677e\u5dde\u90e8\u5206\u5730\u533a\u548c\u8d6b\u5c14\u677e\u5e02\u662f\u4e00\u9879\u6218\u7565\u6210\u529f\uff0c\u4f46\u8ddd\u79bb\u5f7b\u5e95\u80dc\u5229\u4ecd\u76f8\u53bb\u751a\u8fdc\u3002\u6bd5\u7adf\uff0c\u4fc4\u7f57\u65af\u4ecd\u63a7\u5236\u7740\u4ece\u4e9a\u901f\u6d77\u5230\u9a6c\u91cc\u4e4c\u6ce2\u5c14\u7684\u6d77\u5cb8\u7ebf\u3001\u9ed1\u6d77\u6d77\u4e0a\u822a\u7ebf\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e4c\u514b\u5170\u4e03\u4e2a\u5dde\u7684\u9886\u571f\u3002<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>By the end of September 2022, the Russian Federation had annexed five Ukrainian regions: Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson and the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
