We are creating new digital opportunities for Ukrainians and are ready to exchange experience with other nations.&#8221; Indeed, in September 2022, it was announced that The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine would help Estonia create an application based on &#8220;Diia&#8221; to \u201cbuild the best digital states in the world together\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u66f4\u591a\u7528\u6237\uff1a\u5e74\u8f7b\u4eba\u4e0e\u8001\u5e74\u4eba<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u81ea\u6b64\uff0cDiia\u6210\u4e3a\u4e4c\u514b\u5170\u7684\u8c61\u5f81\u548c\u6210\u529f\u6545\u4e8b\u3002\u6240\u6709\u5fc5\u8981\u6587\u4ef6\u90fd\u89e6\u624b\u53ef\u53ca\u3002\u53ea\u9700\u70b9\u51fb\u51e0\u4e0b\uff0c\u60a8\u4fbf\u53ef\u7f34\u7a0e\u3001\u529e\u7406\u9152\u5e97\u5165\u4f4f\u3001\u7533\u529e\u94f6\u884c\u5361\u5e76\u7b7e\u7f72\u4efb\u4f55\u6587\u4ef6\u3002\u8fd9\u4e2a\u9ad8\u6548\u5de5\u5177\u6700\u521d\u5728\u4e4c\u514b\u5170\u9752\u5e74\u2014\u2014\u793e\u4f1a\u4e2d\u6700\u5177\u8fdb\u6b65\u6027\u7684\u7fa4\u4f53\u2014\u2014\u4e2d\u6d41\u884c\u8d77\u6765\u3002\u8d77\u521d\uff0c\u7531\u4e8e\u6c11\u4f17\u7f3a\u4e4f\u6570\u5b57\u6280\u80fd\uff0c\u96be\u4ee5\u5438\u5f15\u5927\u91cf\u4eba\u4f7f\u7528\u3002\u4e3a\u6b64\u521b\u5efa\u4e86\u201cDiia. Digital Education\u201d\u5e73\u53f0\uff1b\u4e24\u5e74\u95f4\uff082020\u20142021\u5e74\uff09\uff0c142\u4e07\u516c\u6c11\u5c06\u6280\u80fd\u63d0\u5347\u81f3\u57fa\u7840\u6c34\u5e73\u4ee5\u4e0a\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u8001\u5e74\u4eba\u4e5f\u5fc5\u987b\u9002\u5e94\u65b0\u6280\u672f\uff1a\u8d77\u521d\u662f\u4e3a\u4e86\u80fd\u5728\u7ebf\u529e\u7406\u517b\u8001\u91d1\uff0c\u968f\u540e\u662f\u4e3a\u4e86\u9886\u53d6eSupport\uff08\u56fd\u5bb6\u4e3a\u63a5\u79cd\u75ab\u82d7\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u8d22\u653f\u63f4\u52a9\uff09\u3002\u6218\u4e89\u7206\u53d1\u540e\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u5728Diia\u4e2d\u9886\u53d6\u517b\u8001\u91d1\u8865\u8d34\u3002\u4e0d\u7528\u6392\u961f\uff0c\u4e0d\u6d6a\u8d39\u65f6\u95f4\uff0c\u4e5f\u6ca1\u6709\u6f2b\u957f\u7684\u5b98\u50da\u7a0b\u5e8f\u3002\u8fd9\u5bf9\u6d3b\u8dc3\u7684\u5e74\u8f7b\u4eba\u548c\u5fd9\u788c\u7684\u8001\u5e74\u4eba\u90fd\u5f88\u7406\u60f3\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6761\u4ef6\u4fc3\u4f7f\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u591a\u4eba\u4e0b\u8f7dDiia\u5e94\u7528\uff1b2022\u5e74\u521d\uff0c\u7528\u6237\u6570\u8fbe\u52301370\u4e07\u3002\u4e25\u9177\u7684\u6218\u4e89\u73af\u5883\u63a8\u52a8\u66f4\u591a\u4e4c\u514b\u5170\u4eba\u52a0\u5165\uff0c\u52302022\u5e748\u6708\u5e95\uff0cDiia\u5e94\u7528\u7528\u6237\u5df2\u8fbe1800\u4e07\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u6218\u65f6\u6570\u5b57\u5316\u7a81\u7834<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u654c\u5bf9\u884c\u52a8\u7206\u53d1\u540e\uff0c\u6570\u5b57\u5316\u8f6c\u578b\u5e76\u975e\u53ea\u662f\u5411\u524d\u8fc8\u8fdb\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u7a81\u98de\u731b\u8fdb\u3002\u4e00\u652f\u5f3a\u5927\u7684IT\u519b\u961f\u5df2\u7ecf\u5f62\u6210\uff0c\u4e4c\u514b\u5170\u4e5f\u79ef\u7d2f\u4e86\u5728\u6218\u4e89\u4e2d\u4f7f\u7528\u6280\u672f\u7684\u5b9d\u8d35\u7ecf\u9a8c\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u80fd\u88ab\u7528\u4e8e\u8bc6\u522b\u6b7b\u8005\u8eab\u4efd\uff0cStarlink\u7cfb\u7edf\u5219\u7528\u4e8e\u6062\u590d\u53d7\u6218\u4e89\u5f71\u54cd\u5730\u533a\u7684\u4fe1\u53f7\u3002\u9996\u4e2a\u56fd\u5bb6\u52a0\u5bc6\u8d27\u5e01\u57fa\u91d1\u5df2\u7ecf\u5efa\u7acb\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u8fd8\u4e3a\u6709\u9700\u8981\u7684\u516c\u6c11\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u591a\u9879\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u670d\u52a1\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u603b\u4f53\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u9762\u5bf9\u5a01\u80c1\uff0c\u4e4c\u514b\u5170\u4eba\u6ca1\u6709\u9000\u7f29\uff0c\u53cd\u800c\u66f4\u52a0\u52e4\u594b\u5730\u534f\u540c\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u5236\u5b9a\u5feb\u901f\u6709\u6548\u7684\u51b3\u7b56\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6218\u4e89\u7b2c\u4e00\u4e2a\u6708\uff0cDiia\u5e94\u7528\u63a8\u51fa\u591a\u9879\u670d\u52a1\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u7533\u62a5\u4f4f\u623f\u88ab\u6bc1\u3002\u8fd9\u4f7f\u4eba\u4eec\u80fd\u591f\u8bb0\u5f55\u4fc4\u7f57\u65af\u8fdb\u653b\u9020\u6210\u7684\u635f\u5931\uff0c\u5e76\u5728\u672a\u6765\u83b7\u5f97\u653f\u5e9c\u8d22\u653f\u652f\u6301\u3002\u8fd1\u671f\u8fd8\u63a8\u51fa\u4e86\u6350\u6b3e\u63f4\u52a9\u519b\u961f\u7684\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5df2\u6709\u6570\u5343\u4e07UAH\u7528\u4e8e\u652f\u6301\u4e4c\u514b\u5170\u6b66\u88c5\u90e8\u961f\u548c\u56fd\u571f\u9632\u536b\u90e8\u961f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diia\u8ba9\u516c\u6c11\u66f4\u8f7b\u677e\u3001\u66f4\u8fc5\u901f\u5730\u7533\u8bf7\u56fd\u5bb6\u793e\u4f1a\u798f\u5229\u5e76\u529e\u7406\u5883\u5185\u6d41\u79bb\u5931\u6240\u8005\u8eab\u4efd\u3002\u8fc7\u53bb\u6392\u961f\u7b49\u5019\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6587\u4ef6\u9700\u8981\u6570\u5468\uff0c\u66f4\u4e0d\u7528\u8bf4\u8fd9\u6837\u505a\u8fd8\u6781\u5176\u5371\u9669\u3002\u53e6\u4e00\u9879\u6709\u7528\u670d\u52a1\u662f\u201ceDocument\u201d\uff0c\u5373\u5728\u9057\u5931\u8eab\u4efd\u8bc1\u660e\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u81ea\u6211\u8eab\u4efd\u8bc6\u522b\u6750\u6599\u65f6\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u4e34\u65f6\u6587\u4ef6\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201ceEnemy\u201d\u804a\u5929\u673a\u5668\u4eba\u5728\u83b7\u53d6\u4fc4\u519b\u8c03\u52a8\u6570\u636e\u65b9\u9762\u4e00\u76f4\u53d1\u6325\u7740\u91cd\u8981\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u501f\u52a9\u8fd9\u9879\u670d\u52a1\uff0c\u4e4c\u514b\u5170\u519b\u65b9\u53d1\u73b0\u5e76\u6d88\u706d\u4e86\u4f17\u591a\u654c\u65b9\u5c0f\u7ec4\u3002\u622a\u81f39\u6708\u5e95\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528\u8be5\u804a\u5929\u673a\u5668\u4eba\u7684\u4e4c\u514b\u5170\u4eba\u6570\u91cf\u8fbe\u5230370\u767e\u4eba\u3002\u4eba\u4eec\u53ea\u9700\u901a\u8fc7Telegram\u4f20\u9012\u6570\u636e\uff0c\u4fbf\u80fd\u76f4\u63a5\u534f\u52a9\u519b\u961f\uff0c\u4ee4\u4eba\u60ca\u53f9\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5176\u4ed6\u65b0\u63a8\u51fa\u7684\u670d\u52a1\u5305\u62ecDiia.TV\u548cDiia.Radio\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u5728\u6682\u65f6\u88ab\u5360\u9886\u5730\u533a\u4e5f\u80fd\u63d0\u4f9b\u5b98\u65b9\u53ef\u9760\u7684\u4fe1\u606f\u3002\u65b0\u95fb\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u6b66\u5668\uff1b\u8c01\u638c\u63a7\u4fe1\u606f\u7a7a\u95f4\uff0c\u8c01\u5c31\u4f1a\u83b7\u80dc\uff0c\u81f3\u5c11\u5728\u4fe1\u606f\u6218\u573a\u4e0a\u5982\u6b64\u3002\u8fd9\u6b63\u662f\u8fd9\u4e9b\u670d\u52a1\u5c24\u5176\u5728\u5f53\u4e0b\u5982\u6b64\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u539f\u56e0\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Electronic pension certificates, residence permits, automatic LLC registration, car sharing, and payment of traffic fines were launched in the Diia app in the summer. Some English-language documents were also added. In fact, Ukrainian digital documents are gaining more and more recognition in Europe. A great example of this is \u201cDiia pl&#8221; (an electronic document issued to Ukrainian citizens who crossed the Polish-Ukrainian border after February 24, 2022) that acquired the official status of a digital residence permit, and, in addition, the digital driver&#8217;s license and technical passport in &#8220;Diia&#8221; will be displayed in the Polish application mObywatel. Ukraine highly appreciates such a gesture from Poland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u81ea10\u67083\u65e5\u8d77\uff0c\u4eba\u4eec\u53ef\u4ee5\u8d2d\u4e70\u6218\u4e89\u503a\u5238\u3002\u670d\u52a1\u4e0a\u7ebf\u540e\u7684\u59343\u5929\u5185\uff0c\u4e4c\u514b\u5170\u4eba\u8d2d\u4e70\u4e86\u4ef7\u503c2500\u4e07UAH\u7684\u6218\u4e89\u503a\u5238\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u8bf4\uff0c\u8fd9\u7b14\u8d44\u91d1\u88ab\u7528\u4e8e\u6b66\u88c5\u90e8\u961f\u7684\u9700\u8981\u3002\u4f18\u60e0\u62b5\u62bc\u8d37\u6b3e\u3001\u6c7d\u8f66\u6e05\u5173\u548c\u901a\u8fc7Diia\u529e\u7406\u6c7d\u8f66\u767b\u8bb0\u76ee\u524d\u6b63\u5728\u5f00\u53d1\uff0c\u5f88\u5feb\u5373\u53ef\u4f7f\u7528\u3002\u4e4c\u514b\u5170\u6700\u9ad8\u62c9\u8fbe\u6279\u51c6\u4e86\u7535\u5b50\u5c45\u7559\u6cd5\u6848\u8349\u6848\uff0c\u8fd9\u5c06\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u7ed5\u8fc7\u79fb\u6c11\u670d\u52a1\u4e2d\u7684\u8150\u8d25\u8fd0\u4f5c\uff0c\u5e76\u5438\u5f15\u5916\u56fd\u8d44\u672c\u548c\u6295\u8d44\u8fdb\u5165\u4e4c\u514b\u5170\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u5bf9 Diia \u7684\u4e00\u4e9b\u62c5\u5fe7<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4ece\u4e00\u5f00\u59cb\uff0cDiia\u4fbf\u9762\u4e34\u82e5\u5e72\u95ee\u9898\u3002\u9664\u6c11\u4f17\u6280\u672f\u7d20\u517b\u8f83\u4f4e\u5916\uff0c\u5bf9Diia\u7684\u7591\u8651\u4e5f\u662f\u6311\u6218\u3002\u4e00\u4e9b\u793e\u4f1a\u6210\u5458\u6307\u8d23\u8be5\u670d\u52a1\u53ef\u80fd\u9020\u6210\u6570\u636e\u6cc4\u9732\u3001\u7cfb\u7edf\u4e0d\u5b89\u5168\uff0c\u5e76\u7d22\u53d6\u8fc7\u4e8e\u673a\u5bc6\u7684\u4fe1\u606f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
