It was a kind of compromise between several opposing points of view. Thus, the school administration and children&#8217;s parents received several options for providing\/receiving educational services for students (with the possibility of switching between them):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u7ebf\u4e0b\u5f62\u5f0f\uff08\u5bf9\u6559\u80b2\u673a\u6784\u6709\u8bf8\u591a\u8981\u6c42\uff1b\u8fd8\u987b\u8003\u8651\u5f53\u5730\u5b89\u5168\u72b6\u51b5\uff1b\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u54c8\u5c14\u79d1\u592b\u3001\u7b2c\u8042\u4f2f\u7f57\u548c\u5c3c\u53e4\u62c9\u8036\u592b\u7684\u5b66\u6821\u56e0\u5b66\u751f\u751f\u547d\u9762\u4e34\u9ad8\u5ea6\u5371\u9669\u800c\u65e0\u6cd5\u91c7\u7528\u8fd9\u79cd\u5f62\u5f0f\uff09\uff1b<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u7ebf\u4e0a\u5f62\u5f0f\uff1b<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u5bb6\u5ead\u6559\u80b2\u5f62\u5f0f\uff08\u5728\u5bb6\u5b66\u4e60\uff09\uff1b<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u6df7\u5408\u5f62\u5f0f\uff08\u540c\u65f6\u8fdb\u884c\u7ebf\u4e0a\u548c\u7ebf\u4e0b\u8bfe\u7a0b\uff09\uff1b<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u6821\u5916\u81ea\u5b66\u5f62\u5f0f\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So, on September 1, studying in Ukrainian schools started. According to the statement of the Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine, Serhiy Shkarlet, about 13 thousand schools in all regions of Ukraine were involved in the educational process, among which a significant number provide their services online &#8211; 45.3%, 29.2% were fully offline, and 25.5% offer a mixed form of education. Currently, about 3.9 million schoolchildren study in Ukrainian schools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u63a5\u6536\u513f\u7ae5\u5165\u6821\u7684\u6559\u80b2\u673a\u6784\u987b\u6ee1\u8db3\u4e25\u683c\u5b89\u5168\u6761\u4ef6\uff1a\u6821\u5185\u6216\u8ddd\u6821100 m\u8303\u56f4\u5185\u987b\u6709\u9632\u7a7a\u907f\u96be\u6240\uff08\u76ee\u524d\u4ec568%\u7684\u673a\u6784\u6709\u907f\u96be\u6240\uff09\uff1b\u7a7a\u88ad\u8b66\u62a5\u671f\u95f4\u5fc5\u987b\u6682\u505c\u6559\u80b2\u8fc7\u7a0b\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u53c2\u4e0e\u8005\u987b\u8f6c\u79fb\u81f3\u907f\u96be\u6240\uff1b\u907f\u96be\u6240\u987b\u914d\u5907\u9ad8\u8d28\u91cf Wi-fi \u4ee5\u4fbf\u6388\u8bfe\uff1b\u9632\u7a7a\u907f\u96be\u6240\u5e94\u50a8\u5907\u81f3\u5c11\u4e24\u5929\u7684\u98df\u7269\u7b49\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4e0d\u5e94\u5fd8\u8bb0\uff0c\u4ecd\u6709\u8d85\u8fc740\u4e07\u540d\u4e4c\u514b\u5170\u5b66\u751f\u5728\u56fd\u5916\u5b66\u4e60\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u90bb\u56fd\u6ce2\u5170\u7ea6\u670918\u4e07\u540d\u5b66\u9f84\u513f\u7ae5\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u4e9b\u5728\u65b0\u7684\u6ce2\u5170\u5b66\u6821\u5c31\u8bfb\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u7ee7\u7eed\u8fdc\u7a0b\u63a5\u53d7\u4e4c\u514b\u5170\u6559\u80b2\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4e4c\u514b\u5170\u6559\u80b2\u548c\u79d1\u5b66\u90e8\u6210\u529f\u63d0\u51fa\u4e86\u4e00\u79cd\u53ef\u884c\u7684\u81ea\u7531\u9009\u62e9\u65b9\u6848\uff0c\u4f7f\u5b66\u6821\u3001\u513f\u7ae5\u548c\u5bb6\u957f\u80fd\u5728\u65e2\u5b9a\u8303\u56f4\u5185\u81ea\u4e3b\u89e3\u51b3\u6559\u80b2\u8fc7\u7a0b\u7684\u7ec4\u7ec7\u95ee\u9898\u3002\u8bda\u7136\uff0c\u7531\u4e8e\u56fd\u5185\u67d0\u4e9b\u5b66\u6821\u96be\u4ee5\u4fee\u5efa\u9632\u7a7a\u907f\u96be\u6240\u3001\u8fdc\u7a0b\u5b66\u4e60\u51c6\u5907\u4e0d\u8db3\uff0c\u6216\u7ebf\u4e0b\u6559\u80b2\u8fc7\u7a0b\u5b58\u5728\u5371\u9669\u548c\u538b\u529b\uff0c\u6240\u91c7\u53d6\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u53ef\u80fd\u9887\u5177\u4e89\u8bae\uff1b\u4e0d\u8fc7\uff0c\u4e3a\u4f7f\u4e4c\u514b\u5170\u6559\u80b2\u4f53\u7cfb\u5728\u5168\u9762\u6218\u4e89\u671f\u95f4\u5f97\u4ee5\u8fd0\u8f6c\uff0c\u5df2\u91c7\u53d6\u4e86\u6700\u4e3a\u5408\u9002\u7684\u63aa\u65bd\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\"><strong>\u5927\u5b66\u60c5\u51b5<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4e4c\u514b\u5170\u6cd5\u5f8b\u8d4b\u4e88\u5927\u5b66\u81ea\u4e3b\u51b3\u5b9a2022\/2023\u5b66\u5e74\u7684\u5f00\u5b66\u65f6\u95f4\u548c\u5b89\u6392\u7684\u6743\u5229\uff0c\u4f46\u5927\u5b66\u7ba1\u7406\u5c42\u5fc5\u987b\u8003\u8651\u536b\u751f\u90e8\u548c\u6559\u80b2\u548c\u79d1\u5b66\u90e8\u9488\u5bf9\u5f53\u5730\u5b89\u5168\u5c40\u52bf\u63d0\u51fa\u7684\u5efa\u8bae\u3002\u6559\u80b2\u548c\u79d1\u5b66\u90e88\u6708\u5f00\u5c55\u7684\u4e00\u9879\u8c03\u67e5\u663e\u793a\uff0c\u8bb8\u591a\u5b66\u751f\u6000\u5ff5\u9762\u5bf9\u9762\u6388\u8bfe\uff1b\u4e0e\u6b64\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u76f8\u5f53\u591a\u6b63\u5728\u63a5\u53d7\u9ad8\u7b49\u6559\u80b2\u7684\u4eba\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u5e0c\u671b\u672c\u5b66\u5e74\u4ece\u7ebf\u4e0a\u6559\u5b66\u5f00\u59cb\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some institutions started studying in August, others &#8211; in September. Universities work according to three forms of education: offline, online and mixed &#8211; which directly depends on the risks to students&#8217; lives, as well as several other factors, for example, the major chosen by students. It is interesting that current differences in the forms of education are observed not only among universities but also among faculties of the same university. The requirements for offline studying are identical to those are for schools: arrangement of bomb shelters, availability of reliable air warning systems, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"524\" height=\"186\" src=\"https:\/\/tdcenter.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/image.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6692\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tdcenter.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/image.png 524w, https:\/\/tdcenter.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/image-18x6.png 18w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 524px) 100vw, 524px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u9ad8\u7b49\u6559\u80b2\u7684\u7075\u6d3b\u6027\u9887\u6210\u95ee\u9898\u3002\u76ee\u524d\uff0c\u8bb8\u591a\u5b66\u751f\u8eab\u5728\u56fd\u5916\uff0c\u4f46\u5927\u5b66\u5168\u65e5\u5236\u6216\u6df7\u5408\u5f0f\u5b66\u4e60\u8feb\u4f7f\u4ed6\u4eec\u8fd4\u56de\u4e4c\u514b\u5170\uff0c\u5426\u5219\u5c31\u6709\u88ab\u6263\u5206\u6216\u4f11\u5b66\u4e00\u5e74\uff08\u5e76\u53ef\u80fd\u5931\u53bb\u5956\u5b66\u91d1\u8d44\u52a9\uff09\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5b66\u751f\u627f\u53d7\u7684\u5fc3\u7406\u8d1f\u62c5\u5bf9\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u72b6\u6001\u548c\u5b66\u4e60\u4ea7\u751f\u4e0d\u5229\u5f71\u54cd\u3002\u4e25\u9177\u7684\u6218\u4e89\u6d88\u606f\u5e76\u672a\u6d88\u5931\uff0c\u5b66\u751f\u8fd8\u9700\u8d76\u4e0a\u622a\u6b62\u65e5\u671f\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5f00\u5b66\u53ea\u4f1a\u52a0\u91cd\u7126\u8651\u548c\u538b\u529b\u3002\u7ebf\u4e0b\u5b66\u4e60\u65f6\u56e0\u7a7a\u88ad\u8b66\u62a5\u800c\u4e2d\u65ad\uff0c\u6216\u5728\u7ebf\u4e0a\u8bfe\u7a0b\u4e2d\u5ffd\u89c6\u8b66\u62a5\uff0c\u90fd\u4f1a\u5e72\u6270\u4e13\u4e1a\u6280\u80fd\u548c\u77e5\u8bc6\u7684\u83b7\u53d6\u8fc7\u7a0b\u3002\u4e00\u4e9b\u5b66\u751f\u5b9e\u9645\u4e0a\u9000\u51fa\u4e86\u5b66\u4e60\u8fc7\u7a0b\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u4ed6\u4eec\u4e0d\u65ad\u4e3a\u5bfb\u6c42\u5b89\u5168\u800c\u66f4\u6362\u5c45\u4f4f\u5730\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u5728\u5176\u4ed6\u56fd\u5bb6\u548c\u65f6\u533a\u5c45\u4f4f\u671f\u95f4\u4e0d\u5f97\u4e0d\u5de5\u4f5c\u4ee5\u517b\u6d3b\u81ea\u5df1\u548c\u5bb6\u4eba\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u9ad8\u7b49\u6559\u80b2\u4f53\u7cfb\u5728\u6218\u4e89\u6761\u4ef6\u4e0b\u5f00\u542f\u4e86\u65b0\u5b66\u5e74\uff0c\u4f46\u4ecd\u5b58\u5728\u91cd\u5927\u4e0d\u8db3\u548c\u7f3a\u53e3\uff0c\u5bfc\u81f4\u6559\u80b2\u8d28\u91cf\u4e0b\u964d\uff0c\u6216\u5e76\u975e\u6240\u6709\u4e4c\u514b\u5170\u5b66\u751f\u7fa4\u4f53\u90fd\u80fd\u83b7\u5f97\u6559\u80b2\u3002<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The issue of education during the war became very acute and important as the new school year approached.
