Fleet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u62b5\u6297\u8fd0\u52a8\uff1a<\/strong> Local resistance, exemplified by the Atesh movement, plays a vital role in intelligence gathering and sabotage, aiding Ukraine&#8217;s strategic strikes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u897f\u65b9\u652f\u6301\uff1a <\/strong>\u6301\u7eed\u6269\u5927\u897f\u65b9\u519b\u4e8b\u63f4\u52a9\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u8fdc\u7a0b\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u5bf9\u4e4c\u514b\u5170\u5f53\u524d\u548c\u672a\u6765\u7684\u6210\u529f\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure widespread skepticism regarding the country\u2019s potential to resist. Now, Ukraine successfully targets various Russian military objects in Crimea, ranging from airfields and bridges to positions of Russia\u2019s air defense systems. This analysis aims to study what enabled Ukrainian success, though the state was de facto deprived of its fleet after Russia\u2019s annexation of Crimea and aggression in 2014. It also seeks to highlight the West\u2019s limitations that could hinder Ukraine&#8217;s even greater progress and compromise its own security, as it is becoming more intertwined with Ukrainian as the war goes on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u57fa\u8f85\u4e3a\u5f00\u5c55\u884c\u52a8\u5f00\u53d1\u4e86\u591a\u79cd\u624b\u6bb5\u3002\u5728\u8fd9\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u4e4c\u514b\u5170\u7684\u56fd\u9632\u4e0e\u6280\u672f\u521b\u65b0\uff0c\u52a0\u4e0a\u897f\u65b9\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u6210\u4e3a\u5176\u519b\u706b\u5e93\u4e2d\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u8d44\u4ea7\u3002\u672c\u7814\u7a76\u8fd8\u5c06\u4ed4\u7ec6\u8003\u5bdf\u4e4c\u514b\u5170\u5728\u884c\u52a8\u4e2d\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u5404\u7c7b\u6b66\u5668\uff0c\u5e76\u7279\u522b\u5173\u6ce8\u4f7f\u8fd9\u4e9b\u884c\u52a8\u6210\u4e3a\u53ef\u80fd\u7684\u5730\u65b9\u62b5\u6297\u8fd0\u52a8\u3002 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Background of Ukraine&#8217;s Resistance and Intensifying Strikes on Crimea and Russia&#8217;s Black Sea Fleet<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Attempting to break Ukraine\u2019s will to resist at the beginning of Russia\u2019s full-scale invasion, Moscow used all the tools it had at its disposal while trying to penetrate the country from multiple directions. Many international relations and foreign policy observers had no confidence in Ukraine\u2019s capacity to fight back on land, and the sea theater was not even considered a domain where Ukraine could inflict significant casualties on Russia\u2019s invading troops. Russia\u2019s Black Sea Fleet at that time was perceived to be a formidable force, and some of Ukraine\u2019s most capable battleships were captured by Russia following its illegal annexation of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol in 2014. 80% of Ukraine\u2019s vessels were captured during the initial invasion back then. Not to mention that after losing the majority of its warships, Ukraine&#8217;s flagship frigate, Hetman Sahaidachnyi, had to be scuttled by Ukrainians themselves to prevent its use by the Russians during the initial stage of the full-scale war. Smaller Ukrainian ships or patrol boats indeed could not oppose Russia\u2019s Black Sea Fleet, and it seemed that Ukraine, being invaded by land, air, and sea, would not be able to hold out for long anyway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5f53\u4e4c\u514b\u5170\u9996\u90fd\u57fa\u8f85\u51e0\u4e4e\u88ab\u5305\u56f4\u65f6\uff0c\u5165\u4fb5\u90e8\u961f\u6210\u529f\u593a\u53d6\u4e86\u4ece\u88ab\u5360\u9886\u514b\u91cc\u7c73\u4e9a\u901a\u5f80\u4e4c\u514b\u5170\u5357\u90e8\u7684\u9646\u4e0a\u8d70\u5eca\u3002\u4fc4\u7f57\u65af\u9ed1\u6d77\u8230\u961f\u5360\u9886\u4e86\u9ed1\u6d77\u897f\u5317\u90e8\u7684\u5179\u7c73\u4f0a\u5185\u5c9b\uff08\u86c7\u5c9b\uff09\uff0c\u4f7f\u4fc4\u7f57\u65af\u5f97\u4ee5\u5bf9\u4e4c\u514b\u5170\u5b9e\u65bd\u6d77\u4e0a\u5c01\u9501\uff0c\u4e25\u91cd\u635f\u5bb3\u5176\u7ecf\u6d4e\uff0c\u5e76\u4ee4\u6556\u5fb7\u8428\u7b49\u4e3b\u8981\u57ce\u5e02\u9762\u4e34\u6f5c\u5728\u4e24\u6816\u767b\u9646\u7684\u5a01\u80c1\u3002\u5728\u8fd9\u79cd\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u4fc4\u7f57\u65af\u519b\u961f\u4f3c\u4e4e\u5728\u591a\u4e2a\u6218\u7ebf\u4e0a\u5360\u636e\u4e0a\u98ce\uff0c\u4eba\u4eec\u5bf9\u4e4c\u514b\u5170\u80fd\u5426\u4fdd\u4f4f\u72ec\u7acb\u7684\u4fe1\u5ff5\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u51cf\u5f31\u3002 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nevertheless, Ukraine&#8217;s active defense reversed most of Russia\u2019s territorial gains after a few weeks. This eventually allowed Kyiv to push Russian forces from the outskirts of Kyiv, Chernihiv, and Sumy. Against all odds, Ukraine managed to cause heavy losses on Russian warships in the Black Sea. This, in turn, guarantees freedom of navigation and helps preserve Ukraine\u2019s exports, which are critical to sustaining its war-torn economy and global stability by supplying agricultural products to world markets and mitigating food security issues. Furthermore, in an attempt to critically alter Moscow\u2019s calculus and certitude in its victory in this war, Kyiv seeks to destroy as many ships as possible or at least damage them severely so that they cannot be used against Ukraine anymore. At the same moment, Ukraine\u2019s fierce fighting in the Black Sea and against Russia\u2019s occupation forces in Crimea is vital not only for military reasons but also for creating cognitive and psychological pressure on Russia\u2019s military, Putin himself, and Russia\u2019s population in general. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A key parallel goal for Ukraine is to make Russia&#8217;s full-scale war unpopular among its domestic audience and to create tensions between society and the government, thereby pressuring the Kremlin to stop the war. Ukraine\u2019s continuous success in hunting Russia\u2019s battleships and targeting Crimea is possible thanks to its own technological innovations and, indeed, Western support. Despite having limited resources, Ukraine has achieved remarkable results so far.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u672c\u5206\u6790\u5c06\u8003\u5bdf\u4e4c\u514b\u5170\u5728\u9ed1\u6d77\u548c\u514b\u91cc\u7c73\u4e9a\u7684\u884c\u52a8\uff0c\u8bc4\u4f30\u4e4c\u514b\u5170\u6240\u91c7\u7528\u7684\u624b\u6bb5\uff0c\u5e76\u63ed\u793a\u4e25\u91cd\u963b\u788d\u4e4c\u514b\u5170\u53d6\u5f97\u66f4\u5927\u6210\u529f\u7684\u897f\u65b9\u5c40\u9650\u6027\u3002\u672c\u6587\u8fd8\u5c06\u63a2\u8ba8\u786e\u4fdd\u4e4c\u514b\u5170\u4ee5\u53ca\u897f\u65b9\u5b89\u5168\u6240\u9700\u7684\u957f\u671f\u52aa\u529b\uff1b\u968f\u7740\u6218\u4e89\u6301\u7eed\uff0c\u53cc\u65b9\u5b89\u5168\u65e5\u76ca\u4ea4\u7ec7\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ukraine&#8217;s Strategic Triumphs: Sinking the Moskva, Recapturing Zmiinyi Island, and Breaking the Black Sea Blockade<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4e4c\u514b\u5170\u5728\u9ed1\u6d77\u7684\u6210\u529f\u59cb\u4e8e2022\u5e744\u6708\u5bf9\u4fc4\u7f57\u65af\u9ed1\u6d77\u8230\u961f\u7684\u4e00\u6b21\u91cd\u5927\u6253\u51fb\uff1a\u4e4c\u514b\u5170\u4f7f\u7528\u56fd\u4ea7\u201c\u6d77\u738b\u661f\u201d\u53cd\u8230\u5bfc\u5f39\uff0c\u914d\u5408\u571f\u8033\u5176\u5236\u9020\u7684 Bayraktar consistent success in targeting Russia\u2019s Black Sea Fleet and military objects in Crimea would not have been possible without proper intelligence gathering on the ground. Sometimes underestimated and poorly covered in Western media, the activities of resistance movements in Crimea prove to be an essential element in Ukraine\u2019s battle for the liberation of the peninsula. In parallel with the active work of Ukraine\u2019s Security Service (SBU) and military intelligence (HUR) in Crimea, other resistance networks also play a critical role in fighting Russia\u2019s occupation. In this respect, one of the most prominent movements is \u201cAtesh\u201d (meaning &#8220;fire&#8221; in the Crimean Tatar language), which consists of pro-Ukrainian activists and Crimean Tatars. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
