These narratives aim to discredit the West and foster distrust among Latin American audiences.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Telesur&#8217;s Role:<\/strong>&nbsp;\u8fd9\u5bb6\u62c9\u4e01\u7f8e\u6d32\u65b0\u95fb\u9891\u9053\u4e5f\u52a0\u5165\u4e86\u4f20\u64ad\u865a\u5047\u4fe1\u606f\u8005\u7684\u884c\u5217\uff0c\u4e0e\u4fc4\u7f57\u65af\u53d9\u4e8b\u4fdd\u6301\u4e00\u81f4\u3002\u5b83\u7684\u89d2\u8272\u589e\u52a0\u4e86\u8be5\u5730\u533a\u865a\u5047\u4fe1\u606f\u683c\u5c40\u7684\u590d\u6742\u6027\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u53cd\u5236\u5f71\u54cd\u529b\u7684\u6311\u6218\uff1a<\/strong>\u00a0\u5c3d\u7ba1\u4fc4\u7f57\u65af\u5a92\u4f53\u5728\u8be5\u5730\u533a\u5f71\u54cd\u5e7f\u6cdb\uff0c\u62c9\u4e01\u7f8e\u6d32\u5404\u56fd\u653f\u5e9c\u5927\u591a\u6ca1\u6709\u5e72\u9884\uff0c\u4e4c\u62c9\u572d\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u663e\u8457\u7684\u4f8b\u5916\u3002\u4e0d\u613f\u5bf9\u51b2\u7a81\u91c7\u53d6\u575a\u5b9a\u7acb\u573a\uff0c\u52a0\u4e0a\u5bf9\u5a92\u4f53\u5ba1\u67e5\u6839\u6df1\u8482\u56fa\u7684\u8d1f\u9762\u770b\u6cd5\uff0c\u4f7f\u4fc4\u7f57\u65af\u5ba3\u4f20\u5f97\u4ee5\u5927\u884c\u5176\u9053\uff0c\u4e5f\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u52a0\u5927\u4e86\u53cd\u5236\u5176\u5f71\u54cd\u7684\u96be\u5ea6\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure RT\/RT en Espa\u00f1ol<\/em>\u548c<em>Sputnik Mundo<\/em>\u5df2\u6e17\u5165\u62c9\u4e01\u7f8e\u6d32\u5a92\u4f53\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u901a\u8baf\u793e\u8d1f\u8d23\u4f20\u64ad\u865a\u5047\u4fe1\u606f\u3001\u523b\u610f\u9057\u6f0f\u5173\u952e\u4fe1\u606f\u7684\u65b0\u95fb\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u514b\u91cc\u59c6\u6797\u5bab\u5ba3\u4f20\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u8fd9\u573a\u6e17\u900f\u915d\u917f\u591a\u5e74\uff1a\u4fc4\u7f57\u65af\u5a92\u4f53\u53d1\u73b0\u4e86\u4e00\u9879\u53ef\u4f9b\u5229\u7528\u7684\u5171\u540c\u5174\u8da3\uff0c\u4ee5\u6b64\u8fdb\u5165\u8be5\u5730\u533a\u2014\u2014\u4e0d\u4ec5\u4f9d\u9760\u81ea\u8eab\uff0c\u4e5f\u501f\u52a9\u5f53\u5730\u673a\u6784\u548c\u653f\u5e9c\u4e4b\u529b\u3002\u56f4\u7ed5\u5047\u65b0\u95fb\u3001\u865a\u5047\u4fe1\u606f\u3001\u53d7\u5bb3\u8005\u59ff\u6001\u4ee5\u53ca\u5c06\u8d23\u4efb\u63a8\u7ed9\u9664\u81ea\u8eab\u4e4b\u5916\u6240\u6709\u4eba\u7684\u4fc4\u7f57\u65af\u53d9\u4e8b\uff0c\u6b63\u5728\u62c9\u4e01\u7f8e\u6d32\u4e0d\u65ad\u6269\u5f20\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 Mundo<\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Actualidad RT<\/em> \u662f\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5a92\u4f53\u4e2d\u6700\u53d7\u6b22\u8fce\u7684\uff0c\u5728 Facebook \u4e0a\u62e5\u6709\u6700\u5927\u7684\u53d7\u4f17\u7fa4\u2014\u2014\u7ea6 1700 \u4e07\u540d\u5173\u6ce8\u8005\u2014\u2014\u8d85\u8fc7\u5176\u4ed6\u56fd\u9645\u5a92\u4f53\u7684\u897f\u73ed\u7259\u8bed\u8d26\u53f7\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982 <em>CNN<\/em> \u6216 <em>BBC<\/em>\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c <em>RT&#8217;s <\/em>Twitter \u8d26\u53f7\u6709 350 \u4e07\u4eba\u5173\u6ce8\uff0cInstagram \u8d26\u53f7\u6709 110 \u4e07\u4eba\u5173\u6ce8\u3002\u4e0e\u6b64\u540c\u65f6\uff0c <em>Sputnik Mundo<\/em> \u7684\u53d7\u4f17\u8f83\u5c11\uff0c\u5728 Facebook \u4e0a\u6709 624,000 \u540d\u5173\u6ce8\u8005\uff0c\u5728 Twitter \u4e0a\u6709 168,000 \u540d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">\u9664\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4f20\u7edf\u5e73\u53f0\u5916\uff0c\u4fc4\u7f57\u65af\u4eba\u8fd8\u6210\u529f\u5b9e\u73b0\u4e86\u5a92\u4f53\u591a\u5143\u5316\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982<em>\u00a1Ah\u00ed les va!<\/em>\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u7531<em>Actualidad RT<\/em>\u6240\u6709\u7684\u4e00\u6863\u65b0\u95fb\u8282\u76ee\u3002\u8be5\u5a92\u4f53\u66fe\u62e5\u6709\u4e00\u4e2a\u8ba2\u9605\u8005\u903e\u767e\u4e07\u7684 YouTube \u9891\u9053\uff0c\u4f46\u8be5\u9891\u9053\u4e8e 2022 \u5e74 3 \u6708 1 \u65e5\u88ab\u5173\u95ed\u3002\u5f53\u65f6\uff0cGoogle \u5c01\u9501\u4e86\u96b6\u5c5e\u4e8e\u4ee5\u4e0b\u901a\u8baf\u793e\u7684\u6240\u6709\u8d26\u53f7\uff1a<em>Russia Today<\/em>\u548c<em>Sputnik News<\/em>\u3002Google \u5168\u7403\u4e8b\u52a1\u603b\u88c1 Kent Walker \u8868\u793a\uff0c\u6b64\u4e3e\u65e8\u5728\u201c\u963b\u6b62\u865a\u5047\u4fe1\u606f\u4f20\u64ad\uff0c\u5e76\u7834\u574f\u7ebf\u4e0a\u865a\u5047\u4fe1\u606f\u6d3b\u52a8\u201d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4e0d\u8fc7\uff0c\u8be5\u8282\u76ee\u8f6c\u81f3\u81ea\u6709\u7f51\u7ad9\uff0c\u5e76\u7ee7\u7eed\u5b9a\u671f\u53d1\u5e03\u65b0\u89c6\u9891\u3002\u5176\u4ecb\u7ecd\u79f0\u8282\u76ee\u63d0\u4f9b\u201c\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u4f46\u5e26\u70b9\u5e7d\u9ed8\uff1b\u5e7d\u9ed8\uff0c\u4f46\u8574\u542b\u5927\u91cf\u4fe1\u606f\u201d\uff0c\u4f46\u5b9e\u9645\u4e0a\uff0c\u5b83\u662f\u4e00\u6863\u4e0d\u592a\u4e25\u8083\u3001\u4ee5 <em>RT en Espa\u00f1ol<\/em> \u4e3a\u4fe1\u606f\u6e90\u7684\u65b0\u95fb\u8282\u76ee\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color\"><strong>Russia Today \u7684\u8bba\u8ff0 <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u300a <em>Ah\u00ed les va<\/em> \u300b\u7684\u4e00\u96c6\u9898\u4e3a\u201c\u514b\u91cc\u7c73\u4e9a\u5927\u6865\u9047\u88ad\uff1a\u4e00\u5219\u62e5\u6709\u8fd1\u4e09\u4e2a\u4e16\u7eaa\u80cc\u666f\u7684\u65b0\u95fb\u201d\u3002\u8fd9\u6bb5\u65f6\u957f 9 \u5206 30 \u79d2\u7684\u89c6\u9891\u8d77\u521d\u6253\u7b97\u8bc4\u8bba\u4e00\u6b21\u5bf9\u514b\u91cc\u7c73\u4e9a\u5927\u6865\u7684\u88ad\u51fb\uff0c\u636e\u79f0\u4e4c\u514b\u5170\u653f\u5e9c\u5728\u88ad\u51fb\u4e2d\u6740\u5bb3\u4e86 2 \u540d\u5e73\u6c11\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u4e3b\u6301\u4eba\u4ec5\u5728\u524d\u4e24\u5206\u949f\u63d0\u53ca\u88ad\u51fb\uff0c\u968f\u540e\u4fbf\u5f00\u59cb\u8bb2\u89e3\u514b\u91cc\u7c73\u4e9a\u7684\u5386\u53f2\u51b2\u7a81\u53ca\u5176\u5730\u7f18\u653f\u6cbb\u5f71\u54cd\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u6784\u5efa\u4e86\u6709\u5229\u4e8e\u4fc4\u7f57\u65af\u7684\u53d9\u4e8b\u3002 host mentions how the Russians got into Crimea after the Ottomans and Tatars. Throughout the whole piece, he places a huge emphasis on the Russian people as the majority of the population on the peninsula. In this narrative, the show failed to mention that Russia recognized Ukraine\u2019s territorial integrity in 1991, thus confirming Crimea&#8217;s affiliation. With its illegal annexation, Russia violated international law. Even if the majority of people residing there were ethnically Russian, it didn&#8217;t grant them the right to forcefully annex the territory. Moreover, since the Russian imperial and later Soviet rule over Crimea the ethnic composition of the peninsula was drastically changed by the government. Among other tools, mass deportations of indigenous peoples and resettlement of the Russian population in Crimea were used. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then, the host also mentions that just before 2014, some \u2018Ukrainian nationalist movements\u2019 in Crimea \u2018declared that there was no place for different ethnic groups on their territory\u2019. According to the video, \u2018nationalists\u2019 argued they couldn&#8217;t coexist and that there had to be a superior group, and the other one must leave. Therefore, as he said, the Russian population of Crimea put a stop to being ignored and \u2018reunified with Russia\u2019, and \u2014 the hosts made emphasis on how \u2014 contrary to the Donbas, there was no violence, just a bit of sparse confrontations. Nevertheless, he later mentions that what happened in Crimea could have had a peaceful solution, yet the \u201cWest\u201d did not want it that way.
