Iuliia Tsyrfa

Iuliia Tsyrfa是乌克兰政治学家兼国际关系专家、政治学博士，并为访问研究员，任职于跨大西洋对话中心。她的研究兴趣聚焦于世界各国的外交政策身份认同、战略文化和记忆政策.

她目前担任基辅塔拉斯·舍甫琴科国立大学国际关系教育科学研究所国际区域研究系副教授，同时还兼顾教学与国际合作，担任东盟国家研究中心主任以及科学论文集副主编，刊名为《基辅塔拉斯·舍甫琴科国立大学学报 国际关系系列》。她的课程聚焦于北美和欧洲国家的外交政策与国际关系，包括这些国家在全球层面的外交政策身份认同和战略定位。

加入中心之前，她曾在乌克兰内务部以及乌克兰最高拉达工作，也从事记者工作，并且是乌克兰全国记者联盟成员。

她著有100余篇学术论著，发表于乌克兰、波兰、捷克、立陶宛、尼日利亚、德国、罗马尼亚等国的学术期刊。

She holds a Ph.D. in Political Science obtained in the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (2014), as well as a Master in International Relations (2010) and a Master in International Law (2013) from the same institution. She holds a Master in Public Administration from the National Academy for Public Administration under the President of Ukraine (2018) and also owns the academic rank of the Associate Professor at the Chair of International Regional Studies of the Educational and Scientific Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (2022).

Iuliia Tsyrfa is fluent in Ukrainian (mother tongue) and English, and has a basic understanding of German.
