wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">For many of the participants, the internship represents a rare opportunity to engage with international affairs from a place where global events are unfolding in real time. The <strong>research track<\/strong> situated Ukraine within broader international debates, with interns conducting studies on the influence of political ideologies on perceptions of Ukraine in Latin America, China\u2019s role in contemporary international conflicts, U.S. policy in the Middle East, and other topics related to Ukraine\u2019s evolving geopolitical environment. This track was designed to give participants hands-on experience with the methodological standards and analytical rigor expected in policy-relevant work produced by a think tank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
