Am\u00e9rico Martins<\/strong> met with \u041c\u0430\u043a\u0441\u0438\u043c \u0421\u043a\u0440\u0438\u043f\u0447\u0435\u043d\u043a\u043e<\/strong>, President of the Transatlantic Dialogue Center<\/em>, to discuss how the war has evolved since 2022 and why Ukraine is increasingly shifting from a primarily defensive posture toward scaling long-range strike capabilities to slow Russia\u2019s advance and degrade its military-industrial base. The conversation also highlighted Ukraine\u2019s rapid innovation cycle and a key operational logic of the current stage of the war: overloading Russian air defenses through mass drone launches to create windows for strikes on high-value targets, including military production sites, logistics routes (including the land corridor to Crimea), and oil infrastructure that funds the war. The discussion covered current priorities \u2014 communications equipment, vehicles and logistics, authorized infantry weapons, large-scale drone procurement, and growing work on unmanned ground robotic systems \u2014 and how the battlefield has shifted toward a drone-dominated environment.<\/p>\n\n\n
