DiCianna, a Visiting Fellow at the Transatlantic Dialogue Center, recently wrote an opinion article for the Kyiv Post.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Two years have shown that Russia\u2019s horrific invasion will not be stopped by anything but force.
