He emphasizes the manipulations carried out by Russia involving international human rights NGOs and propaganda aimed to influence the decision-making process. The continuing war in Ukraine with Russian asymmetric large military force makes it inadmissible to prolong Russian occupation and the suffering of the Ukrainian people.
