Durante la visita di Am\u00e9rico Martins<\/strong> in Ucraina, TDC ha sostenuto una serie di incontri incentrati sull\u2019evoluzione della situazione militare e sulla logica strategica che plasma la guerra nel 2026. Am\u00e9rico Martins<\/strong>, corrispondente internazionale senior e analista di affari internazionali presso CNN Brasil<\/em>, ha continuato a condividere con il pubblico brasiliano analisi basate sul lavoro sul campo, registrando al contempo interviste che saranno adattate anche per il pubblico di lingua portoghese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Am\u00e9rico Martins<\/strong> ha incontrato Maksym Skrypchenko<\/strong>, presidente del Centro per il Dialogo Transatlantico<\/em>, per discutere di come la guerra si sia evoluta dal 2022 e del perch\u00e9 l\u2019Ucraina stia passando sempre pi\u00f9 da una postura prevalentemente difensiva al potenziamento delle capacit\u00e0 di attacco a lungo raggio, per rallentare l\u2019avanzata della Russia e indebolirne la base militare-industriale. La conversazione ha inoltre evidenziato il rapido ciclo di innovazione dell\u2019Ucraina e una logica operativa cruciale dell\u2019attuale fase della guerra: sovraccaricare le difese aeree russe con lanci massicci di droni per creare finestre di attacco contro obiettivi di alto valore, inclusi siti di produzione militare, rotte logistiche (compreso il corridoio terrestre verso la Crimea) e infrastrutture petrolifere che finanziano la guerra. Am\u00e9rico ha inoltre incontrato Vladyslav Urubkov<\/strong>, responsabile di divisione presso il Dipartimento militare della Fondazione Come Back Alive<\/em>, per discutere di come l\u2019organizzazione sia passata da un\u2019iniziativa di volontariato a un operatore affidabile che sostiene le unit\u00e0 al fronte attraverso appalti trasparenti e una rigorosa rendicontazione. La discussione ha riguardato le priorit\u00e0 attuali \u2014 apparecchiature per le comunicazioni, veicoli e logistica, armi di fanteria autorizzate, approvvigionamento su larga scala di droni e il crescente lavoro sui sistemi robotici terrestri senza pilota \u2014 nonch\u00e9 il modo in cui il campo di battaglia si \u00e8 trasformato in un ambiente dominato dai droni.<\/p>\n\n\n
