Rohach ha sottolineato che non si tratta di un tema secondario, bens\u00ec di un\u2019emergenza per i diritti umani con conseguenze a lungo termine per le famiglie, le comunit\u00e0 e il futuro dell\u2019Ucraina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rohach ha sottolineato che la Russia ha creato meccanismi per \u00abrussificare\u00bb e assimilare i bambini ucraini allo scopo di cancellarne l\u2019identit\u00e0 ucraina. Il servizio ha descritto le pressioni esercitate sui bambini affinch\u00e9 parlino e si comportino da russi, nonch\u00e9 l\u2019attribuzione di nuove identit\u00e0 attraverso procedure di adozione in Russia. Rohach ha inoltre richiamato l\u2019esistenza, secondo le segnalazioni, di campi di \u00abrieducazione\u00bb nei quali i bambini sono costretti a studiare la lingua e la storia russe e non possono parlare ucraino n\u00e9 fare riferimento all\u2019Ucraina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il servizio ha inoltre evidenziato la portata e la durata della questione, facendo risalire l\u2019inizio dei rapimenti all\u2019occupazione della Crimea nel 2014. Ha citato i sospetti delle ONG secondo cui il numero di minori coinvolti potrebbe essere molto pi\u00f9 elevato, con bambini che, secondo le segnalazioni, sarebbero distribuiti in un numero di campi compreso fra alcune decine e alcune centinaia, in Russia e Bielorussia.
