{"id":28054,"date":"2025-02-24T18:21:42","date_gmt":"2025-02-24T16:21:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tdcenter.org\/?p=28054"},"modified":"2025-08-05T13:31:38","modified_gmt":"2025-08-05T10:31:38","slug":"tdc-expert-on-tot-es-mou-concessions-to-putin-would-not-bring-stability","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tdcenter.org\/it\/2025\/02\/24\/tdc-expert-on-tot-es-mou-concessions-to-putin-would-not-bring-stability\/","title":{"rendered":"Esperto del TDC a Tot es mou: le concessioni a Putin non porterebbero stabilit\u00e0"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il 24 febbraio 2025, Oleksandr Slyvchuk, Coordinatore del Programma di cooperazione con la Spagna e l\u2019America Latina, \u00e8 intervenuto a <em>Tot es mou<\/em>, programma di informazione e dibattito del canale televisivo pubblico catalano TV3, offrendo un\u2019analisi della continua lotta dell\u2019Ucraina per la sicurezza e la sovranit\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante il dibattito, Slyvchuk ha sottolineato che l\u2019Ucraina mira a una pace stabile e duratura, anzich\u00e9 a un cessate il fuoco temporaneo che potrebbe crollare nel giro di pochi anni. Ha ribadito che l\u2019Ucraina non ceder\u00e0 territori nell\u2019ambito di alcun accordo, poich\u00e9 tali concessioni non farebbero che incoraggiare la Russia a riarmarsi e a lanciare ulteriori aggressioni in futuro. Sia il governo sia la societ\u00e0 ucraini sono uniti nella determinazione a difendere la sovranit\u00e0 del Paese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ha inoltre affrontato gli sforzi dell\u2019Ucraina per ottenere garanzie di sicurezza, sottolineando che l\u2019adesione alla NATO rimane l\u2019unica soluzione affidabile. Sebbene gli accordi bilaterali con i partner occidentali forniscano sostegno politico, militare e finanziario, non garantiscono una protezione duratura da una nuova invasione russa negli anni a venire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Slyvchuk ha evidenziato la frustrazione degli ucraini per la mancanza di unit\u00e0 all\u2019interno dell\u2019Unione europea e per quella che percepiscono come l\u2019inazione dell\u2019Occidente. Sebbene l\u2019Ucraina si batta da oltre un decennio per l\u2019integrazione nell\u2019UE, sin dalla Rivoluzione di Maidan del 2014, cresce la delusione per la lentezza della risposta europea e per la debolezza dell\u2019industria della difesa.
