L\u2019analisi e la presa in considerazione di tali cambiamenti sono necessarie per elaborare un\u2019efficace strategia di reintegrazione, che dovr\u00e0 essere adattata all\u2019impiego nei territori ucraini appena liberati. Le regioni di Kharkiv e Kherson presentano problemi e sfide comuni, che lo Stato ucraino dovr\u00e0 affrontare anche in altri territori liberati dall\u2019occupazione (ripristino dell\u2019amministrazione statale, funzionamento degli organi di autogoverno locale, ricostruzione di quanto distrutto e assistenza alla popolazione colpita, ecc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le condizioni di vita e le opinioni dei residenti locali sono di grande importanza nella pianificazione di determinate misure di reintegrazione, ma attualmente la loro rappresentazione nelle ricerche sul tema della coesione e della reintegrazione \u00e8 insufficiente; ci\u00f2 pu\u00f2 portare a trascurarne gli interessi nello sviluppo di una strategia di integrazione. Infine, un problema urgente durante l'intero periodo bellico \u00e8 la coesione della societ\u00e0. A causa del conflitto militare e dell'occupazione, le comunit\u00e0 locali possono essere divise fisicamente e psicologicamente, con la conseguente perdita di un fattore comune di identificazione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Questa pubblicazione \u00e8 stata realizzata con il sostegno del Partnership Fund for a Resilient Ukraine.
