Gli invasori russi bloccano deliberatamente i centri abitati per creare le condizioni di una catastrofe umanitaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">I soldati russi catturati ammettono che, prima di invadere l\u2019Ucraina, avevano ricevuto l\u2019ordine di non lasciare uscire i civili dai centri abitati assediati, per usarli come \u00abscudi umani\u00bb e paralizzare l\u2019esercito ucraino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">I russi cercano inoltre di imporre un blocco alimentare, di \u00abprendere per fame\u00bb i centri abitati, di creare condizioni insopportabili per i residenti e di provocare panico e caos nelle strade. A questi sforzi del nemico contribuiscono involontariamente i numerosi posti di blocco allestiti in tutta l\u2019Ucraina: riducono notevolmente la capacit\u00e0 di transito delle strade e, di conseguenza, rallentano sensibilmente le forniture alimentari. Si osservano gi\u00e0 carenze alimentari in citt\u00e0 lontane dalla zona immediata di guerra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">I russi mirano a provocare una crisi alimentare e una carenza critica di carburante in tutta l\u2019Ucraina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">I russi usano i cosiddetti \u00abcorridoi umanitari\u00bb per penetrare nei centri abitati, utilizzando la popolazione civile come \u00abscudo umano\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">La situazione pi\u00f9 difficile si osserva attualmente a Mariupol e Berdiansk. In questi centri abitati al momento mancano il riscaldamento centralizzato e l\u2019elettricit\u00e0, mentre le scorte alimentari si stanno esaurendo. Si registrano gi\u00e0 morti per fame. Le truppe russe bloccano queste citt\u00e0 per spezzare definitivamente la resistenza dell\u2019esercito ucraino con il pretesto di \u00absalvare vite civili\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Per la Russia \u00e8 estremamente importante assumere il pieno controllo dell\u2019intera costa del Mar d\u2019Azov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Secondo le previsioni meteorologiche, nell\u2019Ucraina orientale \u00e8 atteso un forte gelo, con temperature dell\u2019aria che in alcune zone scenderanno fino a -20\u00b0C.
