Volik<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 <\/span><b>Assistente junior di progetto del Programma di cooperazione con la Spagna e l\u2019America Latina<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> presso il Transatlantic Dialogue Center. Sostiene le iniziative del Programma volte a sviluppare il dialogo tra l\u2019Ucraina e il mondo ispanofono, in particolare attraverso la preparazione di materiali informativi e analitici, la traduzione, il monitoraggio degli sviluppi attuali e il supporto organizzativo ai progetti.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nell\u2019ambito del Programma, Maksym contribuisce alla preparazione di briefing settimanali e materiali in spagnolo, all\u2019adattamento dei testi per il pubblico ispanofono, alla ricerca su fonti aperte, all\u2019impaginazione tecnica delle pubblicazioni e al coordinamento interno. Il suo lavoro combina componenti di analisi, traduzione e comunicazione.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Interessi di ricerca \u2013<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> sicurezza e processi di politica interna ed estera in America Latina, in particolare nei Paesi del Cono Sud e dell\u2019area andina. I suoi interessi comprendono inoltre <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">l\u2019integrazione europea dell\u2019Ucraina, le relazioni transatlantiche, l\u2019autonomia strategica dell\u2019UE, la sicurezza regionale europea e la politica estera dell\u2019Ucraina.<\/span><\/i><\/p><p class=\"translation-block\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Parallelamente, Maksym \u00e8 ricercatore del programma <\/span><b>America Latina<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> del centro studi <\/span><b>ADASTRA<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, dove si occupa di materiali riguardanti i processi politici, le sfide alla sicurezza e i potenziali ambiti di cooperazione tra l\u2019Ucraina e i Paesi della regione.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gli interventi di Maksym hanno trovato spazio, tra gli altri, su <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CNN Argentina<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (Argentina), <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Canal 26<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (Argentina), <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cadena SER<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (Spagna), <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Todo Noticias<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (Argentina), e nel programma <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En Conexi\u00f3n<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> con C\u00e9sar Miguel Rond\u00f3n (Stati Uniti \/ Venezuela).<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prima di entrare a far parte del Centro, Maksym ha svolto un tirocinio ed \u00e8 stato borsista presso la <\/span><b>Fondazione Konrad Adenauer in Ucraina<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, dove si \u00e8 occupato di materiali analitici, monitoraggio dei media e ricerca sulla copertura internazionale della guerra russo-ucraina. Ha inoltre maturato diversi mesi di esperienza come volontario presso l\u2019 <\/span><b>Ambasciata dell\u2019Ucraina nella Repubblica del Per\u00f9<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, dove ha contribuito ad alcune attivit\u00e0 nell\u2019ambito dell\u2019analisi politica e della cooperazione bilaterale tra Ucraina e Per\u00f9.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"translation-block\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Di recente, Maksym ha svolto un tirocinio presso l\u2019<\/span><b>Ufficio governativo per il coordinamento dell\u2019integrazione europea ed euro-atlantica<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> nel gruppo di esperti che si occupa dei lavori degli organismi bilaterali di associazione. Durante il tirocinio ha lavorato su materiali relativi all\u2019integrazione europea dell\u2019Ucraina, alle attivit\u00e0 degli organismi di associazione Ucraina-UE, al trattamento dei documenti e alla preparazione di materiali analitici di lavoro.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Maksym \u00e8 membro del <\/span><b>Consiglio giovanile presso il presidente della Verkhovna Rada dell\u2019Ucraina<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, dove fa parte del Comitato per la politica estera e la cooperazione interparlamentare.
