sulla cooperazione transatlantica in materia di sicurezza, sulla resilienza democratica e sul ruolo strategico dell\u2019Ucraina nell\u2019ordine globale in evoluzione. Maksym compie missioni di advocacy negli Stati Uniti, promuovendo il dialogo tra interlocutori statunitensi e ucraini.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"translation-block\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">I suoi ambiti di interesse professionale comprendono <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">le relazioni Stati Uniti-Ucraina, la governance in tempo di guerra, le politiche di difesa e sicurezza, le minacce ibride, la competizione tra grandi potenze e la pianificazione strategica, nonch\u00e9 lo sviluppo regionale e la gestione dell\u2019escalation<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.
