liberal world order the way it exists now. Although the Chinese leadership hasn\u2019t expressed any direct views on the suitability of the current order for the PRC, it has claimed to adhere to the so-called \u201cFive Principles of Peaceful Co-Existence\u201d: mutual respect for sovereignty and territorial integrity, mutual non-aggression, non-interference in each other&#8217;s internal affairs, equality and mutual benefit, and peaceful coexistence.
