Cependant, l\u2019Am\u00e9rique latine, dans sa grande majorit\u00e9, n\u2019a pas connu de suspension comparable. Les gouvernements, \u00e0 l\u2019exception de l\u2019Uruguay, se sont abstenus de telles mesures.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le 1er mars 2022, suivant l\u2019approche de l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne, Antel a suspendu le signal de la cha\u00eene de t\u00e9l\u00e9vision russe RT sur sa plateforme principale. Gurm\u00e9ndez a qualifi\u00e9 RT de cha\u00eene <em>\u00ab au service de la propagande et de la justification de l\u2019invasion militaire violente de l\u2019Ukraine par la Russie \u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019annonce du pr\u00e9sident d\u2019Antel a \u00e9t\u00e9 critiqu\u00e9e au motif qu\u2019elle porterait atteinte \u00e0 la libert\u00e9 d\u2019expression et \u00e0 l\u2019importance de prendre en compte la perspective russe sur la guerre. En particulier, le directeur ex\u00e9cutif de l\u2019Observatoire latino-am\u00e9ricain de la r\u00e9gulation et de la convergence des m\u00e9dias (Observacom), Gustavo G\u00f3mez, a consid\u00e9r\u00e9 cette mesure comme <em>\u00ab une censure d\u2019\u00c9tat \u00bb<\/em>, bien qu\u2019il ait approuv\u00e9 le rejet de l\u2019offensive russe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une r\u00e9union extr\u00eamement importante dans le contexte de la lutte contre la propagande russe. Nous continuons d\u2019\u00e9tudier l\u2019exp\u00e9rience de diff\u00e9rents pays.
