During Am\u00e9rico Martins\u2019<\/strong> visit to Ukraine, TDC supported a set of meetings focused on the evolving military situation and the strategic logic shaping the war in 2026. Am\u00e9rico Martins<\/strong>, Senior International Correspondent and International Affairs Analyst at CNN Brasil<\/em>, continued sharing field-based insights with Brazilian audiences while recording interviews that will also be adapted for Portuguese-speaking viewers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Am\u00e9rico Martins<\/strong> a rencontr\u00e9 Maksym Skrypchenko<\/strong>, pr\u00e9sident du Transatlantic Dialogue Center<\/em>, afin d\u2019\u00e9voquer l\u2019\u00e9volution de la guerre depuis 2022 et les raisons pour lesquelles l\u2019Ukraine passe de plus en plus d\u2019une posture principalement d\u00e9fensive au renforcement de ses capacit\u00e9s de frappe \u00e0 longue port\u00e9e, afin de ralentir l\u2019avanc\u00e9e de la Russie et d\u2019affaiblir sa base militaro-industrielle. La conversation a \u00e9galement mis en lumi\u00e8re le cycle d\u2019innovation rapide de l\u2019Ukraine et une logique op\u00e9rationnelle cl\u00e9 de la phase actuelle de la guerre : saturer les d\u00e9fenses a\u00e9riennes russes par des lancements massifs de drones afin d\u2019ouvrir des fen\u00eatres de frappe contre des cibles de grande valeur, notamment des sites de production militaire, des voies logistiques (dont le corridor terrestre vers la Crim\u00e9e) et les infrastructures p\u00e9troli\u00e8res qui financent la guerre. Am\u00e9rico also met with Vladyslav Urubkov<\/strong>, Division Lead at the Military Department of the Come Back Alive Foundation<\/em>, to discuss how the organization scaled from a volunteer initiative into a trusted operator supporting frontline units through transparent procurement and strict reporting. The discussion covered current priorities \u2014 communications equipment, vehicles and logistics, authorized infantry weapons, large-scale drone procurement, and growing work on unmanned ground robotic systems \u2014 and how the battlefield has shifted toward a drone-dominated environment.<\/p>\n\n\n
