L\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement a r\u00e9uni des experts du <strong>Hudson Institute<\/strong> ainsi que des repr\u00e9sentants du monde des affaires am\u00e9ricain et d\u2019associations m\u00e9dicales et humanitaires, aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de personnalit\u00e9s ukrainiennes de premier plan issues de groupes de r\u00e9flexion, de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile, du monde politique et du secteur priv\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Le Hudson Institute est une organisation de recherche qui promeut le leadership am\u00e9ricain au service d\u2019un avenir s\u00fbr, libre et prosp\u00e8re.<\/em> Fond\u00e9 en 1961 par le strat\u00e8ge Herman Kahn, le Hudson Institute<em>remet en question les id\u00e9es re\u00e7ues et aide \u00e0 g\u00e9rer les transitions strat\u00e9giques<\/em> au moyen d\u2019\u00e9tudes interdisciplinaires consacr\u00e9es \u00e0 la d\u00e9fense, aux relations internationales, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9conomie, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9nergie, aux technologies, \u00e0 la culture et au droit. La discussion a port\u00e9 sur <em>l\u2019\u00e9volution du contexte de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 international, l\u2019\u00e9volution des dynamiques mondiales et leurs cons\u00e9quences sur la position actuelle et future de l\u2019Ukraine.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les sujets abord\u00e9s comprenaient les relations de l\u2019Ukraine avec ses partenaires internationaux, la coop\u00e9ration transatlantique et des questions plus larges de coordination politique et strat\u00e9gique. La conversation a \u00e9galement port\u00e9 sur <em>les sc\u00e9narios d\u2019avenir possibles, les enjeux de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e0 long terme et, plus g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, les questions de stabilit\u00e9, de r\u00e9silience et de r\u00e9sultats durables.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La discussion a \u00e9galement port\u00e9 sur des questions li\u00e9es \u00e0 la d\u00e9fense, notamment <em>l\u2019assistance, la planification, les capacit\u00e9s et les formats de coop\u00e9ration.<\/em> Les participants ont \u00e9galement abord\u00e9 des questions concernant les capacit\u00e9s industrielles, l\u2019innovation, l\u2019investissement et les conditions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales n\u00e9cessaires pour soutenir durablement la r\u00e9silience de l\u2019Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parmi les autres th\u00e8mes figuraient les facteurs \u00e9conomiques, institutionnels et soci\u00e9taux, les infrastructures critiques, le rel\u00e8vement et la reconstruction, ainsi que le r\u00f4le de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile dans l\u2019adaptation aux d\u00e9fis de la guerre et le soutien \u00e0 des processus de r\u00e9forme \u00e0 plus long terme.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On May 13, 2026, the Transatlantic Dialogue Center hosted a closed-door roundtable discussion titled &#8220;The Future of Ukraine\u2019s Security (vol. 3): Epicenter of War and Peace&#8221; in Kyiv.
