L\u2019Institut des relations internationales de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 nationale Taras-Chevtchenko de Kyiv (IIR)<\/em> a lanc\u00e9 le IIR Policy Lab<\/strong> avec le Foreign Policy Council \u00ab Ukrainian Prism \u00bb<\/em>, l\u2019Economic Security Council of Ukraine (ESCU) et le Transatlantic Dialogue Center (TDC).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019IIR Policy Lab est un programme intensif d\u2019analyse de trois semaines<\/strong> au cours duquel des \u00e9tudiants de l\u2019IIR s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s et tr\u00e8s motiv\u00e9s travaillent en \u00e9quipe sur des missions concr\u00e8tes confi\u00e9es par des partenaires<\/strong>. Tout au long du programme, les participants \u00e9laborent des documents de politique publique structur\u00e9s et pr\u00e9sentent leurs conclusions lors d\u2019une soutenance finale devant des praticiens. Le Policy Lab est con\u00e7u pour reproduire les m\u00e9thodes de travail professionnelles des groupes de r\u00e9flexion <\/strong>\u2013 de la conception de la recherche et de la collecte de donn\u00e9es probantes \u00e0 la r\u00e9daction de livrables analytiques et \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sentation des conclusions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le 12 mai 2026<\/strong>, le Transatlantic Dialogue Center a accueilli l\u2019\u00e9quipe d\u2019\u00e9tudiants pour une s\u00e9ance de travail de lancement <\/strong>afin d\u2019organiser et de planifier le d\u00e9roulement du projet. Lors de la r\u00e9union, les participants ont d\u00e9fini le cadre g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, se sont accord\u00e9s sur les outils de travail les plus efficaces, ont discut\u00e9 des messages cl\u00e9s et des canaux de communication, puis ont \u00e9tabli une premi\u00e8re s\u00e9rie de t\u00e2ches et de livrables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dans le cadre de la mission pratique confi\u00e9e par TDC, les \u00e9tudiants \u00e9laboreront une \u00e9tude de cas<\/strong> ax\u00e9e sur la transformation de la recherche en produits d\u2019analyse exploitables pour l\u2019action publique et en outils de communication strat\u00e9gique li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019 initiative \u00c9tats-Unis\u2013Ukraine \u00ab Drone Deal \u00bb<\/strong>. L\u2019\u00e9tude de cas accompagnera les participants tout au long du cycle complet de l\u2019analyse appliqu\u00e9e<\/em> \u2013 cadrage du probl\u00e8me, cartographie des parties prenantes, collecte structur\u00e9e de donn\u00e9es et r\u00e9daction de recommandations concises fond\u00e9es sur des donn\u00e9es probantes \u2013 permettant \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quipe de mettre \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9preuve la m\u00e9thodologie de TDC et de produire un livrable concret et pertinent pour les politiques publiques<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
