Now, due to Russian aggression and a complete halt in food exports across the Black Sea, Ukraine cannot export wheat, sunflower oil and other food products. Most of all, the countries of the Middle East and North Africa, which are used to buying Ukrainian wheat, now suffer from the war. Indonesia, Pakistan and Bangladesh were also dependent on the export of Ukrainian grain. World prices for a number of food products are breaking records, and many countries may face a severe food crisis. Food insecurity is already sharply worsening in regions at risk, with 6 million children have been already underfed and nearly 16 million people in urban areas is living on the brink of starvation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tdcenter.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/image-89.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3548\" width=\"634\" height=\"333\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tdcenter.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/image-89.png 505w, https:\/\/tdcenter.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/image-89-18x9.png 18w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 634px) 100vw, 634px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si l\u2019on ne tient pas compte de l\u2019Ukraine et de la Russie et que l\u2019on esp\u00e8re s\u2019en remettre \u00e0 d\u2019autres fournisseurs de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales, les autres pays connaissent eux aussi des difficult\u00e9s. Par exemple, en Argentine, la r\u00e9colte de bl\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 bien moins importante en raison de la s\u00e9cheresse. La Chine a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 confront\u00e9e \u00e0 des al\u00e9as naturels. L\u2019indice de croissance des prix mondiaux d\u2019un panier de produits s\u2019est \u00e9lev\u00e9 en moyenne \u00e0 159.3 points le mois dernier, soit 12.6 % de plus qu\u2019en f\u00e9vrier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La crise alimentaire mondiale provoqu\u00e9e par l\u2019invasion de l\u2019arm\u00e9e russe en Ukraine est in\u00e9vitable, puisque la Russie et l\u2019Ukraine repr\u00e9sentent respectivement environ 30 % et 20 % des exportations mondiales de bl\u00e9 et de ma\u00efs. En outre, l\u2019Ukraine est le premier exportateur mondial d\u2019huile de tournesol et la Russie est la deuxi\u00e8me. At the meeting, Putin said that in the face of global food shortages, Russia should \u201cclosely monitor\u201d export to countries with \u201copenly hostile policies\u201d, which indicates that Putin intends to use the crisis he has organized as a leverage to put pressure on countries that support Ukraine and oppose Russian aggression.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ainsi, le monde est confront\u00e9 \u00e0 la perspective d\u2019une crise alimentaire mondiale, qui sera tr\u00e8s difficile \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre.
