Le 4 mars 2026, Alina Rohach, cheffe de projet du Programme de coop\u00e9ration avec l\u2019Espagne et l\u2019Am\u00e9rique latine au Transatlantic Dialogue Center, s\u2019est entretenue avec Azteca Noticias dans un segment anim\u00e9 par Jos\u00e9 Antonio Garc\u00eda, qui a attir\u00e9 de toute urgence l\u2019attention sur le transfert forc\u00e9 et l\u2019enl\u00e8vement d\u2019enfants ukrainiens par les autorit\u00e9s russes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En ouverture du segment, Garc\u00eda a relev\u00e9 que la guerre est souvent examin\u00e9e avant tout sous l\u2019angle politique et territorial, tandis qu\u2019une crise humanitaire majeure a \u00e9t\u00e9 rel\u00e9gu\u00e9e au second plan : l\u2019enl\u00e8vement de plus de \u00ab 20,000 \u00bb enfants ukrainiens. Rohach a soulign\u00e9 qu\u2019il ne s\u2019agit pas d\u2019un sujet secondaire, mais d\u2019une urgence en mati\u00e8re de droits humains aux cons\u00e9quences \u00e0 long terme pour les familles, les communaut\u00e9s et l\u2019avenir de l\u2019Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rohach a soulign\u00e9 que la Russie a mis en place des m\u00e9canismes pour \u00ab russifier \u00bb et assimiler les enfants ukrainiens afin d\u2019effacer leur identit\u00e9 ukrainienne. Le segment a d\u00e9crit des enfants contraints de parler et de se comporter comme des Russes, ainsi que l\u2019attribution de nouvelles identit\u00e9s par le biais de proc\u00e9dures d\u2019adoption en Russie. Rohach a \u00e9galement mis en lumi\u00e8re l\u2019existence signal\u00e9e de camps de \u00ab r\u00e9\u00e9ducation \u00bb, o\u00f9 les enfants sont oblig\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9tudier la langue et l\u2019histoire russes et o\u00f9 il leur est interdit de parler ukrainien ou de faire r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 l\u2019Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le reportage a en outre soulign\u00e9 l\u2019ampleur et la dur\u00e9e du probl\u00e8me, en faisant remonter le d\u00e9but des enl\u00e8vements \u00e0 l\u2019occupation de la Crim\u00e9e en 2014. Il a cit\u00e9 les soup\u00e7ons d\u2019ONG selon lesquels le nombre de mineurs touch\u00e9s pourrait \u00eatre bien plus \u00e9lev\u00e9, des enfants \u00e9tant apparemment r\u00e9partis dans des dizaines, voire des centaines de camps en Russie et au B\u00e9larus. Alors qu\u2019un peu plus de \u00ab 2,000 \u00bb enfants sont revenus, le segment a mis l\u2019accent sur les graves cons\u00e9quences psychologiques et sur la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 urgente que des milliers d\u2019entre eux restent s\u00e9par\u00e9s de leurs familles tandis que la guerre se poursuit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
