Il a soulign\u00e9 que, tant que les \u00c9tats-Unis continueront de fournir des renseignements et des armes fabriqu\u00e9es aux \u00c9tats-Unis, financ\u00e9es par les alli\u00e9s europ\u00e9ens, la coordination transatlantique sur l\u2019Ukraine devrait perdurer. Il a toutefois averti que de grandes initiatives am\u00e9ricaines nouvelles sont peu probables \u00e0 court terme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Il a \u00e9galement soulign\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9change pr\u00e9vu d\u2019environ <em>500 prisonniers de guerre<\/em> comme l\u2019un des rares r\u00e9sultats v\u00e9ritablement concrets des n\u00e9gociations Ukraine\u2013Russie en cours. Alors que plus de 6,000 prisonniers de guerre ukrainiens seraient encore d\u00e9tenus en Russie et qu\u2019environ 4,000 prisonniers de guerre russes se trouvent en Ukraine, il existe <em>un potentiel de nouveaux \u00e9changes <\/em>\u2014 m\u00eame si des avanc\u00e9es diplomatiques plus larges restent peu probables \u00e0 court terme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Abordant la trajectoire europ\u00e9enne de l\u2019Ukraine, Rusyn a soulign\u00e9 que <em>l\u2019adh\u00e9sion \u00e0 l\u2019UE demeure l\u2019objectif strat\u00e9gique central de l\u2019Ukraine<\/em>, mais que le calendrier est contraint \u00e0 la fois par les r\u00e9alit\u00e9s politiques et proc\u00e9durales.
