Il <strong>propose un m\u00e9canisme qui s\u2019active automatiquement lorsque des seuils de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 essentiels sont franchis<\/strong> \u2014 par exemple lors d\u2019incursions de drones, de cyberattaques ou du sabotage d\u2019infrastructures critiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Skrypchenko souligne que l\u2019Ukraine n\u2019est plus seulement consommatrice de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, mais aussi pourvoyeuse de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, partageant son expertise en mati\u00e8re de lutte antidrones avec des alli\u00e9s europ\u00e9ens comme le Danemark et la Pologne. Il expose un cadre en cinq volets pour des garanties efficaces apr\u00e8s la guerre : des d\u00e9clencheurs automatiques, un bouclier a\u00e9rien et maritime commun, une logistique avanc\u00e9e, un pacte de renseignement et des accords de coproduction afin d\u2019assurer une dissuasion durable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">L\u2019article inscrit cet argument dans un paysage europ\u00e9en de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 en \u00e9volution rapide.
