RIA Novosti, l\u2019agence russe, affirme d\u00e9sormais que les Am\u00e9ricains enverront des Afghans en Ukraine pour aider le pays \u00e0 repousser l\u2019invasion russe. Ils en ont m\u00eame d\u00e9j\u00e0 calcul\u00e9 le nombre approximatif. Le m\u00e9dia sugg\u00e8re qu\u2019il s\u2019agira d\u2019un groupe de 400 anciens militaires de l\u2019Arm\u00e9e nationale afghane, arm\u00e9s d\u2019armes am\u00e9ricaines. Les Russes entendent dire que les \u00c9tats-Unis sont pr\u00eats \u00e0 combattre en Ukraine par l\u2019interm\u00e9diaire d\u2019anciens membres de l\u2019Arm\u00e9e nationale afghane. La source de cette information reste, comme d\u2019habitude, secr\u00e8te : tout repose sur une \u00ab source anonyme \u00bb. Rien d\u2019\u00e9tonnant, puisqu\u2019il n\u2019existe tout simplement aucun fait ni aucune d\u00e9claration publique confirmant l\u2019intention des \u00c9tats-Unis d\u2019envoyer des troupes en Ukraine. Le m\u00e9dia ne pr\u00e9cise m\u00eame pas l\u2019origine ou la fonction approximative de cette source. Voil\u00e0 qui en dit long sur la cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 de la source \u00ab anonyme \u00bb\u2026 Mais le Kremlin cherche simplement de nouvelles mani\u00e8res d\u2019intimider le public int\u00e9rieur et d\u2019entretenir l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 ! Ces d\u00e9clarations visent \u00e0 renforcer la conviction que la Russie n\u2019est pas un agresseur, mais qu\u2019elle est simplement contrainte d\u2019\u00e9liminer la menace pr\u00e9sum\u00e9e venant des \u00c9tats-Unis ou de l\u2019OTAN. Joe Biden a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 \u00e0 maintes reprises que l\u2019arm\u00e9e des \u00c9tats-Unis ne mettrait pas le pied en Ukraine. C\u2019\u00e9tait bien avant que la Russie ne lance son \u00ab op\u00e9ration sp\u00e9ciale \u00bb, et rien n\u2019a chang\u00e9 depuis. Si ce n\u2019est qu\u2019apr\u00e8s le 24 f\u00e9vrier, il a annonc\u00e9 que les troupes am\u00e9ricaines ne participeraient pas \u00e0 la guerre entre la Russie et l\u2019Ukraine, mais renforceraient les alli\u00e9s de l\u2019OTAN en Europe de l\u2019Est. Il reste donc \u00e0 comprendre quelles forces, exactement, les m\u00e9dias russes affirment que les Am\u00e9ricains sont cens\u00e9s d\u00e9ployer en Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Infox : les habitants de Kharkiv seraient bloqu\u00e9s par des n\u00e9onazis et retenus en otage par des militants qui s\u2019en serviraient comme boucliers humains.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Des responsables russes de la D\u00e9fense ont fait le point sur la situation \u00e0 Kharkiv. Un responsable militaire a affirm\u00e9 que les forces ukrainiennes emp\u00eachaient les habitants de fuir la ville, selon TASS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kharkiv residents are being allegedly blocked by neo-Nazis and held hostage by militants as human shields. In addition, according to the official, the nationalists are installing heavy military equipment in residential areas and setting up firing points in apartment blocks. Both Mariupol and Kharkiv remain under constant fire by the Russian liberators \u2013 simply because they refused to surrender. Of course, it was a major setoff for Russian troops as they were promised that the locals would be meeting them with flowers while Ukrainian forces would lay down their arms within days. The real picture on the ground though turned out to be completely different. So if they aren\u2019t surrendering, they must be destroyed. That\u2019s according to Russian logic. At the same time, another fairy tale must be designed to justify Russian actions and condemn some mythical \u201cnationalists.\u201d But the truth is completely different. In fact, Kharkiv used to be a city quite loyal to the Russians \u2013 right until the Kremlin unleashed the war. Now it\u2019s totally Russia\u2019s fault that things have turned upside down. As they say, there\u2019s just one step between love and hate. In this case, it\u2019s one shot. Here\u2019s some stats to get the general picture&#8230; The city mayor regularly reports on the destruction and victims and that he is not going to give up. As a result of Russian shelling and airstrikes in Kharkiv, almost 1,200 apartment blocks, 53 kindergartens, 69 schools, and 15 hospitals have already been destroyed. The Russian army purposefully, he emphasized, attacks residential areas. These are not just individual households, but entire neighborhoods. Residents are subjected to full-out bombardment, are forced to shelter in basements and subway stations. The Russians open indiscriminate fire using Grad and Smerch MLR systems.
