Les r\u00e9centes n\u00e9gociations entre les \u00c9tats-Unis et la Russie en Arabie saoudite, men\u00e9es sans l\u2019Ukraine, renforcent la crainte d\u2019un accord qui g\u00e8lerait la guerre au lieu d\u2019y mettre fin.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les \u00e9checs des accords de Minsk servent d\u2019avertissement. Con\u00e7us pour arr\u00eater les combats, ils ont au contraire permis \u00e0 la Russie de consolider son contr\u00f4le et de pr\u00e9parer de nouvelles agressions. Tout r\u00e8glement de paix qui ignorerait les besoins de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l\u2019Ukraine risquerait de r\u00e9p\u00e9ter cette erreur.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les sondages montrent que si les Ukrainiens soutiennent les n\u00e9gociations, la plupart rejettent les concessions territoriales. Toute direction qui accepterait de telles conditions se heurterait \u00e0 une immense r\u00e9sistance de l\u2019opinion publique. Une paix durable exige la poursuite de l\u2019aide militaire occidentale, afin que l\u2019Ukraine puisse n\u00e9gocier en position de force.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les affirmations de la Russie quant \u00e0 sa r\u00e9silience \u00e9conomique visent \u00e0 cr\u00e9er l\u2019illusion que le temps joue en sa faveur. Mais apaiser Moscou ne ferait qu\u2019encourager de futures agressions.
