Au cours de l\u2019entretien, il a \u00e9voqu\u00e9 les difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 garantir une paix durable, les objectifs strat\u00e9giques \u00e0 long terme de la Russie et les implications g\u00e9opolitiques pour l\u2019Europe et les \u00c9tats-Unis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Slyvchuk a soulign\u00e9 que l\u2019id\u00e9e d\u2019une paix n\u00e9goci\u00e9e demeure extr\u00eamement sensible en Ukraine. Un r\u00e8glement impliquant des concessions territoriales n\u2019apporterait pas de stabilit\u00e9 \u00e0 long terme, mais seulement une pause temporaire avant une nouvelle agression. Il a fait remarquer que l\u2019objectif de la Russie ne se limite pas au contr\u00f4le de r\u00e9gions pr\u00e9cises telles que Donetsk ou Louhansk, mais vise plut\u00f4t \u00e0 \u00e9liminer enti\u00e8rement la souverainet\u00e9 de l\u2019Ukraine. Du point de vue ukrainien, tout accord permettant \u00e0 la Russie de conserver les territoires occup\u00e9s ne ferait que renforcer sa conviction que la force militaire peut atteindre des objectifs politiques, cr\u00e9ant un dangereux pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent pour de futurs conflits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9voquant les ambitions plus larges de la Russie, il a soulign\u00e9 que l\u2019objectif ultime de Moscou demeure la soumission de l\u2019Ukraine en tant qu\u2019\u00c9tat d\u00e9pendant sous son influence. Dans les zones d\u00e9j\u00e0 occup\u00e9es, les preuves de violations syst\u00e9matiques des droits humains, notamment de d\u00e9portations forc\u00e9es et de r\u00e9pression de l\u2019identit\u00e9 ukrainienne, sont manifestes.
