Lors du d\u00e9bat, Uri\u00e3 Fanchelli a soulign\u00e9 que l\u2019Ukraine a pleinement le droit de lutter pour sa libert\u00e9 et que toute atteinte imp\u00e9rialiste \u00e0 son ind\u00e9pendance est inacceptable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Andrii Borodenkov a mis en avant la pr\u00e9servation de la langue et de la culture par la communaut\u00e9 ukrainienne au Br\u00e9sil, parall\u00e8lement \u00e0 sa bonne int\u00e9gration dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 br\u00e9silienne. Il a \u00e9galement indiqu\u00e9 que les relations officielles entre les deux pays avaient d\u00e9but\u00e9 en 1990 et qu\u2019un important potentiel de coop\u00e9ration dans l\u2019agriculture, l\u2019\u00e9nergie et les industries de haute technologie demeurait sous-exploit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fernanda Magnotta a relev\u00e9 que la politique \u00e9trang\u00e8re du Br\u00e9sil est guid\u00e9e par le pragmatisme et des partenariats avec des acteurs divers, ce qui rend souvent ambigu\u00eb sa position sur les questions internationales, y compris sur l\u2019Ukraine. Cette approche est per\u00e7ue comme une strat\u00e9gie de r\u00e9silience. Elle a \u00e9galement soulign\u00e9 que la politique \u00e9trang\u00e8re br\u00e9silienne est profond\u00e9ment influenc\u00e9e par la dynamique politique int\u00e9rieure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
