L\u2019analyse et la prise en compte de ces changements sont n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9laboration d\u2019une strat\u00e9gie de r\u00e9int\u00e9gration efficace, qui doit \u00eatre adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 son application dans les territoires ukrainiens nouvellement lib\u00e9r\u00e9s. Les r\u00e9gions de Kharkiv et de Kherson pr\u00e9sentent des probl\u00e8mes et des d\u00e9fis communs auxquels l\u2019\u00c9tat ukrainien devrait \u00e9galement \u00eatre confront\u00e9 dans d\u2019autres territoires d\u00e9soccup\u00e9s (r\u00e9tablissement de l\u2019administration de l\u2019\u00c9tat, fonctionnement des organes d\u2019autonomie locale, r\u00e9paration des destructions et aide \u00e0 la population touch\u00e9e, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les conditions de vie et l\u2019opinion des habitants locaux rev\u00eatent une grande importance dans la planification de certaines mesures de r\u00e9int\u00e9gration ; toutefois, les recherches sur la coh\u00e9sion et la r\u00e9int\u00e9gration souffrent actuellement d\u2019une repr\u00e9sentation insuffisante des habitants locaux, ce qui peut conduire \u00e0 n\u00e9gliger leurs int\u00e9r\u00eats lors de l\u2019\u00e9laboration d\u2019une strat\u00e9gie d\u2019int\u00e9gration. Enfin, la coh\u00e9sion de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 constitue un probl\u00e8me urgent tout au long de la guerre. Du fait du conflit militaire et de l\u2019occupation, les communaut\u00e9s locales peuvent \u00eatre divis\u00e9es physiquement et psychologiquement, entra\u00eenant la perte d\u2019un facteur d\u2019identification commun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Cette publication a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9par\u00e9e avec le soutien du Partnership Fund for a Resilient Ukraine.
